I have been a customer of "Ultimate Tax" for about six years now. I find them to be expedient and very helpful in providing customer service. Even during the busy tax season, the wait to speak with a representative is not very long. If you prefer, you can leave a message and one of their excellent representatives will get back to you within a reasonable time frame or you have the option of "chatting" with them. Their hours of operation are posted on the portal so that you are always aware of their availability. The price of their "products" are fair and reasonable based upon all that is offered in their "packages" and is user-friendly. (This is not the only professional tax software I have used over the 13 years that I've been in business). I am a very satisfied customer of Ultimate Tax and have recommended this software to other tax professionals.
