Its always a pleasure speaking with and getting help from the support staff. They are willing to offer what ever is needed to insure our tax office is up and running.

THE DOWNLOAD DID NOT COMPLETE PROPERLY AND I WAS UNAWARE OF THIS UNTIL I TIRED TO ACCESS THE PROGRAM. THE TECH SUPPORT DID HELP ME OUT HOWEVER, I NOW HAVE THE PROGRAM UP AND RUNNING.
