The most horrible hair stylist. Very selfish
I got my hair done at the Ulta hair salon in South Park mall in San Antonio Texas. The girl that did my hair I believe her name was Evelyn. I went in for my hair consultation and that time I explained my hair problem over the years. Because I have an autoimmune my hair has thinned out alot and I have natural wavy hair and I showed her pictures of what I was wanting. The day of my appointment I explained what I was wanting and again I showed her the pictures. I was wanting a very loose beach wave perm to make my natural wavy hair more even and give it fuller affect but instead What I got was a super tight perm but if that's not all she ruined and caused my hair to be dry and just plain awful. She over processed my hair which it caused damaged. I returned and spoke to a manager and I was offered a deep conditioning. I refused for the the same hair stylist to touch my hair. Another stylist worked on my hair and he specifically said to me that she should have known better not to do a perm on a hair that has had high lights. Even though my high lights were from a couple of years ago, I still had some and it is recommended not to do any perms until the high lights were fully gone. He then told me the girl who had done my hair confessed to him that it wasn't her idea it was the store manager that told her to still do it because the store needed the Revenue coming in. I was in shock to hear that someone that is licensed to cut hair and perform perms new she was going to damage my hair but still did it anyways over Revenue. She absolutely deserves to get her license removed. I will never trust Ulta hair salon EVER!!! I am now having to still deal with damage hair. Little by little it's improving however because of someone's negligence she cause me more stress and especially because I explained my autoimmune illness.
