I never shopped at Ulta but I’m a gay man who supports REAL WOMEN’S RIGHTS. These two have made a mockery of actual real gay men who just want to live their lives and not be loud about it. Whatever I can do to support “real women” I will support those real women, like my mom, sister, grandmother, and aunts and my other (real) female friends. Just know the majority of “sane” gay men do NOT support this woke trash.

I have placed an order and I never received my package and I have sent out emails and no response, the tracking shows it was delivered but it was not in mailbox or the front door , still to today no one has reached out … the last time I placed an order the serum was leaking but I did nothing about

Dreadful customer service! I'm in a wheelchair and I'm looking for a place where I can get a perm without transferring to a salon chair. I can't wean my head back into a salon sink but I can lean forward. I told them this and they said they'd be willing to work with me. They then said they would have one of their stylists call me for a pre-appointment consultation. They said the person would call this morning. That never happened. I called to remind them. They said they would have the person call me this afternoon. That still hasn't happened. My advice? Skip Ulta altogether.

We had 4 bottles of shampoo delivered from Ulta.com. The package arrived with shampoo obviously leaking through the box. When we opened it, the bag inside was torn open, and one bottle was missing half its top, hence the bottle was empty and contents all over the box. This was packed this way, the box was not tampered with. This should have been packed much better, and filled with bubble wrap or something to stop the contents from being tossed around. The bottle with half the top missing should have never been sent, the missing part of the top was not inside the box, it was shipped that way!

Ulta hates women. Have fun going out of business!

The girls who work at the Chattanooga Hamilton Place location have zero knowledge of the products they sell. There must be no training at all. One girl led me all over the store looking for Mac products only to be told they don’t carry them. I had called earlier to see if they had a Laura Mercier product. Oh YES, we have them! I got home only to find the two things I had asked for were not the same! The employees including the manager need training before they are turned loose to wait on customers.

I am tired of the free gift promotions in the store, only to be told “Sorry, we are out of that”. It happened again today with the Curlsmith promotion. You should remove the promotional display from the selling floor for f you cannot fulfill it. It’s not that difficult! Just another way Ulta does not take care of their customers.

Same experience as many others. My order has not arrived as promised and there is nothing customer service is willing to do about it. To top it off, they advertised a ceramic iron for 50% off. It was out of stock in store and online but miraculously appears available the following day. The have lost a 10+ year diamond customer. Shop elsewhere!
