HELLO I ORDERED A BLACKFRIDAY DEAL OFFER YESTERDAY November 26, 2022 The order number confirmation is K232806933 The total was 183.97 cents I entered a $10 coupon I had $56.00 in reward points. I have a bank statement. Where ulta took my order and then canceled it. Then the order was made again where I was charged 177.57 and that was with the 56.00 points I wasted. They want to give me a 10.00 GIFT CARD for the difference of $51.34 never again.

Would give a zero if I could. I have NEVER been able to order online. They told me to delete my account and use a different email so I did but it still doesn’t work. I can’t even go in as a guest and order. It says that my payment method would not process and that is with every card I put in, including my husbands cards or my pay pal. I decided on Black Friday to attempt to sign in as a guest and place an order to receive the free gift that was offered even though EVERY product they have can be found online everywhere else for cheaper. I attempted placing the order form PayPal but everytime I tried it said couldn’t process. I finally gave up but an hour later PayPal send me notices that ultra charge my account 5 times 509.08. I called Ulta and they said they would see what they could do because it did not show I had made any order. All of that and I still can’t get the products. They SUCK and I don’t know why I even tried it again.

I am so fed up with Ulta and how crappy the customer service has been. I buy lots of stuff from here and event my hair done by a wonderful stylist at the salon but the handling of an issue on their end has left me with a sour feeling and I don't want to give them any more of my business or money. I have had to call 4 times but kept getting brushed off. I ordered six items two of which were free gifts but were part of the reason I even placed the order. My sister and I placed almost identical orders only a few hours apart and she received her entire order and I only received one from mine since that was the case I took a video of how I received my one of six items as proof. First time I called I was told they had to have another department handle it since I was missing over $100 of items so I waited to be contacted and heard nothing so I called again. When I called again I was told they needed manager approval to reship the items and would send me a tracking number so again I waited for that. Upon receiving an email with the new tracking number all they resent was three items and I was still missing the free gifts and the most expensive item so I had to call yet again. At this point having to call again after trying the chat method multiple times and multiple phone calls just to still fight to get items I already paid for. They agreed to resend the expensive item which was meant to be a gift for a party that has now passed so yes I'm happy to get it but they send they can't resend the free items I qualified for. I do understand things happen but to have to fight just to get the items I paid for is ridiculous. I was told because Ulta messed up I won't be able to receive those two separate free items worth over $80 but instead got offered $30 gift card which I still have yet to receive so the offer was worthless. I will now be taking my business to Sephora while also recommending my friends plus family the same and getting my hair done elsewhere.

I ordered Chanel parfum. Both bottles that came in mail neither had the spray caps! Super upset. It makes me upset because I had to waste my busy time contacting them. Youd think they could just replace the bottles as complimentary no they expect you to waste more time, print label and return to what get the same damn thing again no spray caps! I read that a lot of the counterfeit parfum doesn’t have caps!!!!

Do not order online. I ordered online completed my purchase. Received my order confirmation. Then to find out the order never went through. Yet my card was charged. A rep told me to reorder. My response so I will be billed twice, how does that make sense. I sat on hold for over 5 hours, to be told there is issue on there end and with their website. Customer service refuses to assist.

If I could give it a 0, I would. I went in for partial highlights and came out with dark brown hair. I was there for 5 hours and didn't get what I asked for. I also already had grown out highlights that just needed to be taken up to my roots so i don't know why it took so long. On top of that, my head literally burns. I called to ask about the head burning and they said "maybe you're allergic, go to a doctor". Turns out, the product wasn't washed out of my hair fully. I asked about correcting the color and they said they would but they would have to use the same kind of product that burned my head. THIS IS THE WORST HAIR IVE HAD IN 5 YEARS. I spent nearly 200 bucks and 5 hours of my life and won't see either of those again. Gonna have to wait to get my hair fixed up.

What ever you plan on doing please heed my warning. DO NOT apply for their credit card. They lied and said it would be a soft inquiry. It was not and caused my credit score to drop 6 points in one day. Plus there is no way to pay it off because I don't have the credit card in hand yet. This is a SCAM because the percentage rate is 28%, They give you 20 percent off but then will charge you more because you can't call the number or even make an online payment because I don't have the card yet and who knows when they will send it. Just another way to rip you off. I was told it was easy to pay it off today because there was a number to call or online service. NEITHER WORK! BEWARE!!!!
