In November I bought 15 items online and paid for expedited shipping. My order never arrived on time. When I got back from out of town a huge box was here from ulta but it only had 6 of the 15 items. I’ve reached out to their customer service daily and even filed a BBb complaint and the only response I have gotten from them is that they’re looking into it. I honestly feel like a class action law suit needs to take place with them because they are absolutely robbing people.

I bought 2 Smash box lip colors. Both were on sale. Few days later, I opened one of them to apply but there was no lip color in it. It was all dried up. I went back to exchange but the ladies at the cashier rudely told me that the item inside the box does not match with description on the box. Which clearly means that they were blaming me for using the whole lip color and bringing it back to exchange or I switched the item inside with something I already used. They both were looking at me like I was a thief. It made me feel really bad. I feel like not going back to this store next time. I felt very disrespectful and disappointed. Finally, one of them decided to exchange it without apologizing their behavior.

If you want a company to rob you during the Christmas season. Buy from them total waste of time money and energy trying to get someone to talk about my package that was never delivered but supposedly signed for.

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED ULTA AND ULTA CREDIT CARD AND REWARDS PROGRAM. MY ULTA CARD WAS COMPROMISED FROM PARTIES 3000 MILES AWAY AND THEY HACKED INTO MY REWARDS PROGRAM APP. I CANT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY CANT DO BETTER MEASURES IN THE SECURITY DEPARTMENT. THEY OBVIOUSLY HAVE HUGE ISSUES WITH THIS AND WHAT A VIOLATION TO THE CONSUMER. I AM NOT SURE IF I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THEIR CREDIT CARD PROGRAM OR THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM UNTIL THEY FIX THESE PROBLEMS

I CHOSE TO BUY MY DAUGHTER A GIFT CARD AT ULTA FOR CHRISTMAS. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME BONUS POINTS, SAYING IT WAS NOT "MERCHANDISE." WTH...OF COURSE ITS MERCHANDISE! ITS MONEY I CHOSE TO SPEND THERE! ITS ALSO ONLY A $3 BONUS FOR EVERY $100 SPENT, BIG FREAKING DEAL. IM NOT BUYING ANY MORE GIFT CARDS AT ULTA, EVER. THEY ARE STUMBLING OVER DOLLARS TO PICK UP NICKELS.

Terrible customer service online. They've sent me 3 reshipments of the same product to the same incorrect address. I kept repeating over and over that the address was wrong, and they just refused to understand. Plus, they kept making me wait these arbitrary time frames with zero results. After I receive my package, I am never ordering from this site again.

FIRST REVIEW EVER, because what happened is literally a crime! My family pitched in to buy me a Dyson hair dryer as a Birthday gift. My daughter and I went to Ulta and I picked the box with the brand new dryer on the color that I liked. I had the box on my hand then a worker from Ulta literally took the box from my hand and put it back on the top shelf, then she told me to follow her since she had a promotion for the Dyson hair dryer on a "special edition" that included a free case. I ended up buying it and when I got home I noticed that it was actually an opened box, the tapes were already broken and it even had fingerprints on the blue case. I went to another location to return it and report it and the lady was like "oh no, that's terrible! totally unacceptable!" but let me give you a brand new one this time. Long story short, same thing happened, but this time it even had a broken piece. Went for the 3rd time to a different location, the worker was "surprised" made a big fuss about it with the coworkers and gave me a brand new one. This time I decided to take the one that I wanted no the "special edition" one. My daughter that made the payments had so many transactions on her bank account from buying and returning and buying again. We are talking about an over $450 dlls hair dryer but I mean even if it was a 30 dlls hair dryer. This is totally unacceptable and since it happened to me on 2 different locations I guess they must have a modus operandi. If you are going to buy one please MAKE SURE that the whole box is wrapped in the original plastic not just taped on the ends Or you might as well buy it somewhere else.
