Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

Since last summer I have gone to Ultra Beauty salon in Las Vegas on Rainbow. I love how my lady does my hair. She was not working this weekend so I booked my appointment with another lady. My price was supposed to be $57.00. She charged me $71.00 and did not tell me she was charging me $71.00. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. That is an extra $15.00 for nothing. I will NOT be going back.

I used to like Ulta but not anymore. First they cancelled my hair appointment 20 minutes before my haircut and so I rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Then 2 days before my rescheduled appointment they rescheduled my appointment for a different day and time without my permission. I will never go there again.

Ulta’s return policy is very deceptive and won’t recommend purchasing from the store. I initially choose not to be a rewards member or provide my phone number. I’ve bought products and had been satisfied with other purchases. However, I recently got a product I did not like wanted to return for a store credit. I had lost my receipt but had my ID. Much to my surprise a $50 purchase was only worth 92 cents because someone had used reward points to buy this product in the last ninety 90 days. Shame shame shame on Ulta. They are essentially punishing customers that don’t want to be reward members. I won’t buy anything else from them until this practice is stopped.

First of all. Lower your prices. Your products are way more expensive than on line , Walmart and Target. You really do not have decent coupons so customers get a better price. The Manchester location is very rude , often associates dressed very inappropriately which is a complete turn off. Be competitive and Inspire your customers with a great deal and friendly customer service. The store in Salem is wonderful. Still over priced but friendly people. That matters.

Bought two single eye shadows that I found out later were $8 cheaper each on the retailers’ (Clinique and Urban Decay) website with free shipping. Ulta refused to price match or even come close. All these excuses about supply costs are to squeeze more money from consumers. Never again shopping there - back to online only!

They should have zero stars. I have been calling for 5 months to file a claim for fraud. Now they reported to my credit score. I been given turn around after turn around and still no help or answer. I spoke to management with no response. I need help from someone who can do something.

Worst customer service ever will never shop with them Sephora all the way from now on!!!

I have been trying to get rid of my credit card from Ulta and no one seems to be at any assistance in helping me do so. I have been getting charged like crazy on my account when I rarely shop here. Anytime I have attempted at paying the amount charged the website always seems to be down. Do better Ulta.
