I went to this store last week to find a couple of Soap and Glory items I recently ran out of. As I walked around not seeing any of the items, I noticed a worker asking people if they needed help or where they finding every thing they need. She never asked me. I just kept looking around eventually moving towards the back of the store, I could still hear this person asking others if they needed help and never coming to me. When I herd the same voice the fourth time, I looked at her and saw she was literally asking the same person again if they needed help but still never asked me. She had walked past me again. I was convinced she was avoiding asking me if I needed help. I was about to leave the store when finially someone in a red dress came and asked me if I needed help. I immediately told her about how that other staff member had bounced all around me and never asked me if I needed help. She apologized and eventually she told me that the Soap and Glory products I was looking for were discontinued. I did leave the store and found and ordered the products I was looking for online. However when I went to the Ulta website it says it shows that they still sell the products. W.T.HECK

I would not recommend the brow bar. I had a 1:00 pm appointment today and I arrived early. I live 30 minutes away and I like to arrive early to my appointments because I respect others time. I went inside to see if the brow specialist could take me earlier IF she had availability. She said she couldn’t so I said, “ok, no problem I was just checking. I’ll just walk around until then.” She seemed bothered and not very polite in that moment. But I just brushed it off. I came back at 12:57 and she had someone in the chair and she was JUST starting their brows. She asked me if I had an appointment as if she’d never seen me before and I said, yes at 1:00 PM( as we previously discussed) She then told me to walk around the store that she would be about 10-15 minutes. I requested that she cancel my appointment. What is the purpose of me making an appointment if it is not going to be honored. As I walked away I could hear her discussing it with the client she took in MY place. Nathalia R was very dismissive and if this is the way that Ulta allows their employees to treat their patrons then I will not be one of them.

Made a hair color apt on line received numerous reminders via text. Show up for my apt to be told I’m sorry the person who your apt was with is no longer with us and we cannot squeeze you in. No call to reschedule before hand a waste of time and the hair dresser that spoke with me was rude!

Received a broken item called for a return label they kept hanging up pretending they have technical issues when I finally reached someone they said my name and address are wrong which is obv a lie it is my name and my address it matches what’s on the app, shipping label and email overall very rude will not let you return even if you received a broken item go to Sephora instead

I can now see why they have so many negative review. They cant even open the store iN Seal Beach, CA on time, didnt answer the phone for 19 minutes and had changed my appt for a makeup for a wedding and now I am happy I do not need to use their service as even when that happened they should have made sure I got my appt back they changed as they had a least a week to figure it out I would nevr recommend going their for any services now.

Opened up a credit card with ulta. Told it was denied. Therefore, I can’t get the percentage off on my purchase that evening. Now, a week later, I’m getting emails about my new Ulta credit card. Did the cashier lie to me and keep my credit card information/numbers to use herself? What type of fraud is Ulta doing here? Why would they open a card in my name after it was denied?

The Ulta here in Albuquerque on Holly street does not honor warranties for electric appliances like blow dryers. The booklet that came with this Chi blow dryer clearly states that it is warranted for 2 years. It had only been a little over a year since I bought this product. The clerk said I would have to send the product back to the company, even though the pamphlet said to take it back to the store to get my money back. The clerks there are not very helpful or knowledgeable.

I cannot even believe I have to leave such a STUPID, HORRIBLE review from ANY company…and yet, ULTA BEAUTY forces me to! What a TERRIBLE Co they are! My shipment was delayed over & over…way past the original delivery date! And EVEN WORSE, once the delivery was FINALLY COMPLETED…I DID NOT RECEIVE 1 SINGLE ITEM that I ordered! I instead got 2 tiny mini hand sanitizers‼️NOT the 3 eyebrow pencils I ORDERED & PAID FOR! What a STUPID ORGANIZATION!!
