I went in today to get blonde in my hair .Once I was home I noticed it was orange. I called to let them know and they were very rude and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I would have been happy if they would of simply said we are sorry how can we fix this ! I paid a 174dollers for orange hair!

I was told that the cost of my online order would be $40 because I applied my Ulta credits. When I checked out, the price was $40. When I checked my card later, they had charged the full amount of the cost without the credits. They refuse to cancel my order or provide a partial refund. This is fraud.

Horrible nightmare online experience. Like others have noticed, Ulta has terrible IT issues. It’s so bad that I’m deleting the app from my phone and will shop anywhere else but Ulta. If I call customer service for help they should be able to place my order for me if their online options are not working. I mean do they not want my order? Who is running things at this company? Someone clueless is who. I’ll go elsewhere.

If I would have read all of these reviews beforehand, I wouldn’t have even bothered with contacting customer service. It has now been 1.5 months constantly speaking with customer service and they can not even create an online account for me! I have never heard of a company not able to create an account for someone, let alone taking 1.5 months AND COUNTING to assist. This is laughable at this point.

Trying to book a service in the app and the link doesn’t work. Texted customer service and they can’t do anything. Tried the website too. They don’t care.

Ok so I go to pay my bill on time, by the way it’s due on the 12th which is today, but because it’s at 6 pm there time I am getting charged a late fee.. and on top of that 8 percent interest.. I will never ever recommend this company or it’s product, and I will go to every social media platform and tell everyone

I purchased an expensive facial lotion online at Ulta.com, product was not in box. I called customer service and they promised to ship another one out. Will see if I actually get it. They said 5-8 business days. I won’t be purchasing online thru Ulta again.

I have been having my roots colored, and hair highlighted for over 30years, and have never had a bad experience, until Ulta. Emily did an amazing job and was a pleasure! After washing my hair 3 days after the highlights my hair was chemically damaged. This was confirmed by three different reputable salons in the area. I don't blame Emily! It could have been my hair just did not like the chemicals Ulta use. My real concern for Ulta is the salon manager Brittany! I called and spoke with her after this happened and she became extremely defensive and basically blamed me. Seriously? First it was my water, which I have washed my hair with for over 2 years. The city of Mooresville water. Then she asked me what medications I was taking! Excuse me! That is against my HIPA. I did tell her at the time of service I wasn't on anything but had been put on high B/P medication just this week. Immediately she said, that could cause it. So let me get this straight. I go get the service, wash my hair 3 days later to find chemically damaged hair, then go on high B/p meds 2 weeks after the service, and she feels this is the cause. Really? I explained to her I'm in the medical profession for over 35 years and this isn't the case. Then she decides to tell me about her multiple cosmetology degrees. I respect that! What I don't respect is her attitude and pathetic customer service. Brittany is a liability to the Ulta Cooperation! Emily has recently put a deep treatment on my hair at no charge, but it didn't really help. It will take 6 to 12 months before the damage starts to heal
