I got credit in Ulta at the register without planning to get a charge card. I charged $10.52 and when I got the statement I mailed the full amount. The following month I got the statement charging $10.52 for late payment fee. I called and learned that my payment got there 2 days late and they charged me the full balance amount as a late fee. THIS IS A COMPLETE ROBBERY!!!!!! I paid the amount and destroyed the card. I WILL NEVER USE THE CARD AGAIN!!!!

They are way over priced as it is, and once they start putting a man in a little girl outfits to represent their products, I prefer not to buy from them at all. That was the nail in the coffin.

Such a lack of any service, staff has no training, lazy, rude, just wants to stand around and get paid. Today's experience was my last straw. I will drive however far to Sephora. The staff name V, the goth rude, unprofessional, lazy staff is the worst. JD at the register is also unprofessional, lazy and lack basic training. @Ulta train your staff with basic manners, professionalism, ethics, and fire the lazy ones

unbelievable. im trying to make a payment, the man on the phone was super condescending when i tried to explain to him whats wrong with my card and why i wasnt able to make a payment online. its bad enough i never got sent a card until 10 days until my payment was due. i signed up in may, i just received the card after calling the store telling them it never came! i asked if i could speak to someone else because his attitude was so insulting. he hung up the phone on me instead of transferring me. this happened today around 9:45 am. needless to say, ill be cancelling my card with ulta. I liked ulta, but customer service is so rude i wont even bother going through them any further. time to go back to sephora!

Bogo promotion is false advertisement. don’t waste your time, picking out your favorite minis for the Bogo promotion because it’s not honored as Bogo; rather, they’ll take the cheapest items off and charge you the most expensive items. This is the case when you’re buying multiple products.

I have ordered several times. It shows they have the thing I wanted. It accepted my order and the next day, I get an email that it os out if stock. I signed up to get an email when it was restocked. I received an email that said it was jn stock so I ordered right away and the order went through. Next day, my order had been canceled OUT OF STOCK AGAIN. I tried to use the chat option and my message was deleted before I could send it. I tried calling and had to push so many buttons to finally have it ring the wrong department. Charge card department. They gave me the "correct number" to call and it was the same number I had called in the first place. Here we go again- round and round. I finally got someone and they did not help at all. Just said Out of Stock and said they canceled my order. Didn't even offer to send it when it came in. Terrible service. Will never deal with them again.

Bought items worth almost $300. Called and paid it off at once. Got bill I'm the mail for $35 dollars because I was 3 days late. Worse than a robbery. Would not recommend to anyone.
