I have never had such a horrible experience, I hope the CEO can read, I had terrible help with no product knowledge, then of of course not in stock, I had to order, .....Never order in store, my email has changed OMG no one knows how to deal with, eventually waiting on hold for 30 min.to get my order corrected 🙃, I will order from Amzon rm now on, I thought this was 2023???????

Ulta beauty has been having problems on their website with payment processing. They charge your account multiple times for the same order and then you have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get the money back into your bank account. They knew about the problem and yet there are doing a promotion encouraging consumers to go online and place orders. This is a horrible business practice, taking money from consumers into ulta’s bank account. WARNING…. DO NOT MAKE ON LINE PURCHASES!!!

This is a ridiculous place for hair salon. They act like they’re professionals but Kirby was her name I guess did a very bad job for highlights. She did exactly opposite what i want. I couldn’t even see the highlights on my hair, the color she chose was so dark. I wanted blonde. Also very expensive, it took 6 hours and didn’t offer any coffees even I asked for it. Even though I didn’t like my highlights at all, I gave her a pretty big tip for working on me for 6 hours. She tried but 👎 I would never go there again!!!

My name is Abbey and I have purchased many thing and many times from ulta. It was one of my favorite stores for their fair prices and I always found what I needed. They currently changed their website for some reason and now nothing works. I can't see what's in my cart, they still let me purchase out of stock items without telling me their out of stock and can't be purchased. They took my points away and I can't use them or find them. Everything says it's out of stock then it says it's not so what is really out of stock?? It doesn't let me check out and keeps saying there's a problem. I don't know what's going on but I definitely won't be using ultas app or going to there stores for a while.

DO NOT TRUST Ulta's App or Website. My purchase history has not been showing up lately, and they take your money without completing your purchases AND your hard earned points. Their chat system is TERRIBLE with no response or even a hello. Why even have it if you literally have no support?? Officially DONE with Ulta. Sephora NEVER disappoints or gets rid of your points. Its really messed up honestly. I already deleted their app, and next thing i'm deleting is my entire account with them. Thats how upset i am over this. Used to love Ulta, don't know whats happening with them. Done, done, done.

This Website is total scum. I've encountered an error during checkout twice, resulting in the failure of my order completion. However my account was charged for $42.89 every time. Adding to the frustration, the support team seems to be conveniently ignoring my ticket, so it is impossible to get a refund. This experience has led me to waste nearly $86 for absolutely nothing. If you have extra funds, I'd strongly advise considering a donation to charity instead. Otherwise, you might find yourself falling victim of Ulta Beauty scammers.

Ulta's system was messed up or down on August 18. Unbeknown to many customers, we were still allowed to shop on a broken website, which subsequently charged me multiple times, for the same order. Now I have to allegedly wait 3-5 business days for my card to be refunded the hundreds of dollars they took. This is the last straw for me. Their perfumes and many of their cosmetics are overpriced anyway.

Honestly will NEVER place order online again. Slowest website I've ever been on...and not just a one time thing. EVERY order placed over the years. Today I try and place and order and use rewards, comes back failure notice and my rewards are wiped out now. Contact customer service (which is difficult). Apparently current know issue with ordering and nothing they can do at the moment. Must wait 72 hours. What happened to good customer service that's not just all automated responses. Believe me Ulta, I can get your products cheaper elsewhere!
