The staff at Ulta is NOT helpful, and if you are over 40, you are invisible to them. Several young women associates were in the store this afternoon when I went in to purchase 2 items. One item appeared to be out of stock, and when I asked for help, the young woman told me they were out of it. I already knew that. No offer to order it or serif any were in the back. Then I showed the same person a pic on my phone of another item I wanted to look at. You told me ‘it’s up front’. I asked if she could help me because I had questions about the product, and she told me she didn’t know anything about the product. Ladies, if you shop at Ulta, you are invisible and on your own!

I’ve just wasted all this time trying to buy off their website AND app. This is the second time I’ve tried to buy off their app/website and wasted nearly an hour just trying to make a purchase. Why are you making it so hard to buy from you guys?!

I'd rate them zero if I could. Zero customer service. Impossible to reach them by phone, live chat, text or email. The products I ordered, I wound up cancelling the order. Amazon prime has all he same products for less & great customer service. I've requesred they take me off email list.

I have ordered the product from Ultra beauty and I saw later that that product are almost half rate at Amazon. I requested cancellation but after trying to contact entire day they did not cancel my order which I had or 12 hours ago only. Their customer service is worst I have seen ever. They will never respond you back. I hope this will help to people who are thinking to buy things from here

Website is not working properly. My account got hit twice with charges, but their website showed us errors.

If I could rate this zero stars, I would! I had contacted customer service, as I was having a multitude of issues with my account, including a loss of over $30 worth of points! After 30 minutes of waiting to be connected to someone, I finally was. I explained my issues to him, but did not receive his name. He told me that he was going to briefly put me on hold to figure out what was going on, and then he disappeared for over 30 minutes. I waited so long that the line HUNG UP ON ME. I was trying to connect with a representative via chat as well, and kept getting met with this message, "It looks like our specialists are busy helping other guests. Please try again later." Now I have to wait on hold ALL OVER AGAIN to connect with someone to hopefully help me with my issue. To say I'm only frustrated is being kind. Ulta needs to do better with customer service, regardless of how big or small the issue.

I ordered a product online and have never received it. Called their customer service number twice and was on hold for over an hour before I was disconnected each time. Sent a scathing review when they requested one. Have received 4 texts asking for name, phone number, email address and order number which I provided and never heard back. Two of the texts arrived at 3:16 am and the other at 11:57 pm on a Sunday night. They have no customer service! Wish I'd read reviews on them before I ordered!!

I went to the ulta in ft worth on hulen Street for a color correction, a blond color that had turned red. The stylist assured me she could fix it but after 2 hours it was a drab lavender. She told me she knew it wasn't good and said to come back the next day and there would be no charge. She charged me for that time too and said management required it. I ended up with fried neon blond hair and 400 less dollars. I'm hoping it doesn't all fall out at this point. Never again Ulta!
