I would make it a zero. Got an Ulta Credit card I use it and when I do I pay it off on time all in full all at once usually not even a week later because I build my credit that way. But it seems like every other time I go to use the card it shut off or suspended because they want to reverify security info like have me email my dl, ss card, and a copy of a bill or bank statement with my address. I have never had to go through anyhassle like this with any other cards. When you call for help and support the call center staff is rude and don't tell you anything and when you start to ask any questions they go I don't know what to tell you your cards suspended for security concerns I can't hive you anymore information and if your going to keep asking questions I can't answer I'm going to disconnect the call there's nothing I can do wait for your letter in the mail. Now I'm realizing getting this card was a huge mistake everyone told me not to get store specific cards, but dumb me was like oh we love ulta if it's just the one card and it'll help my credit. Wrong if you don't have it don't do it don't get this card it's a joke. I can't even cancel it now if I wanted to because I don't want to take that hit to my credit. Please please please I'm advising you do not get n ulta card I don't care if you shop there every day and spend thousands of dollars there use a different card to pay. You still get your rewards points regardless weather you got the card or not. I was just going to make an $800 purchase not now I'm not. I'm going to go look on Sophora and Yankee candle for my stuff thank for nothing Ulta joke of a card.

I tried to purchase 6 items that were on sale on their website. The purchase looked like it went through on my CC, but then their site showed an error. I contacted their customer service by phone and email, and they were not helpful at all. I kept saying that I just wanted help to complete the purchase at the original sale price, but they wanted to charge me $20 more. I asked to speak to a manager, but they said no one was available. The customer service rep then told me to purchase at the higher price, and then submit the receipt for a refund. I asked her to email me something in writing saying that I would get the $20 difference back, and then she put me on hold--and then came back and said that she actually wasn't authorized to give me a refund. I then emailed customer service to get help and sent screenshots, and they said that they would reply in 48 hours. When they failed to do so, I contacted them again 5 days later. They finally responded - asked for a lot of information - which I gave them, and then ignored my multiple requests for help with completing my purchase. I don't even think that they read their emails. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

They over promise and under deliver...service is a circus. I will never order from them again. Hello Sephora!

Order hasn’t arrive tracking number says label created but not shipped I placed the order on September 23 and it’s October 3 they refusing to give me a refund they want me to wait longer for the package plus more day if they decide to provide me a refund. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. Ulta needs to do better and when I ask to speak with a supervisor they told me they didn’t have any available what a shame.

I needed help locating a product/products. Actually a full line of face products. It seemed as though employees were helping all the young girls. There were a couple employees walking around but NO ONE came to ask me if I needed help or if I was doing ok nor did the check out young employee. I searched/walked around for at least an hour, also just seeing if anyone would approach me. Not one. As a bit of an older woman seems as though every time I go into this particular store I'm ignored. I purchase just as much, or prob even more, as the young girls.

Curbside is a joke. Followed instructions, alerted when I arrived, waited 10 minutes then made a call into the store. Person answering the call was rude. I asked when I could expect someone to come out and she said we are really busy now it will be a while. I asked how long? She said she didn't know. Btw..website said the time I was there was non peak. So I volunteered for my husband to come in and get it and asked where he should go and I had to keep leading the conversation as she was being non responsive and rude. I am handicap otherwise I wouldn't use the service. My husband ended up going in and there was a kiosk for pick up inside the door. A store rep who was DOING NOTHING asked to help him and got him the package. She was very nice. Why couldn't she have run it out? Oh and BTW? He said there were only 5 people in line. I think the person who answered the call was just being lazy. Very disappointed in the service.

I went ahead and ordered a product through Ulta to be delivered to my home ~ even though I knew I could order and have it delivered for $3 less by going online to that product's website ~ because the Ulta store manager told me I would also received a gift up to $50. I am laughing. The gift was about five small sample packages of hair products, each package no larger (or much smaller) than my palm. I will buy my beauty products elsewhere ~ thank you for gouging me, Ulta.
