Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I had an outstanding experience at the Prosper, TX location! Negeen provided exceptional service that truly went above and beyond. As someone with very sensitive, acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation, I'm often disappointed by limited product knowledge at other stores but here, they exceeded my expectation. Negeen demonstrated incredible expertise and took the time to truly understand my specific concerns. What impressed me most was her in-depth knowledge of product ingredients and formulations. I do extensive research online before purchasing anything for my skin, and she was spot-on with every single recommendation. Her suggestions were perfectly tailored to my needs and aligned with everything I'd learned in my own research. If you're in Texas and struggling to find skincare solutions, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Negeen. You'll be in excellent hands!

I went to the Ulta Salon in Parrish, FL and had extensions done by Hayley on Sunday, Sept 28th. This is my second visit with Hayley and both times she has done an absolutely amazing job! Hayley is very talented with color and extensions and probably everything she does! I have visited other Ulta Salons, and this one is by far the best because of Hayley. Keep up the great works Hayley...you rock!!

i love this place so much. i think everyone should go and buy there makeup and it has the best skin care for your face. if i were you i would go there right now and buy all of the makeup and skin care that you need.,

I was professionally approached by Braylin (MAC counter rep) at Ulta Kalamazoo MI. Usually when I am at Ulta it seems the reps are "busy" talking to each other or busy putting makeup on. I was specifically looking for Clinique Even Better makeup; I was given several choices, and ended up getting a sample to try on at home. However, I ended up buying four other products (over $100), and left feeling for the first time that I was welcome in the store. Braylin is certainly worthy of 5 stars. She is a good communicator, friendly, and knows her products (BTW, it should be noted that I tried to use a "Happy Moments" gift card (Ulta was one of six companies) but was told the incorrectly how to 'get a pin number' when all she needed was to ENTER PAYMENT AS CREDIT, not gift card! Otherwise, it was a pleasant hour spent with Braylin at the Ulta West Main store, Kalamazoo.

MaryAnn was extremely helpful to me yesterday. I had browsed for maybe thirty minutes with no one offering to help and as was leaving Mary Ann was in the Mac area and offered to help me. She helped me choose eyeshadow, mascara and even took me back to area to find LaRoche Posay. Ultra needs more MaryAnns!

Bought foundation and brushes. shipping was quick and prices were great during their sale. Il'l be shopping here again.

#1 store I'm ALWAYS shopping at!!!

I had a great experience at Ulta , Northboro Crossing MA. Janet was helping me find the perfect color lipstick for my complexion . She was amazing and picked out two immediately, which were perfect. I had tried Nordstroms, Macys , etc and no one was able to help me. Janet is knowledgeable, professional and kind. Ulta is lucky to have her .
