Horrible. I was told a lip product was long lasting. Ha! Worst ever. Smeared everywhere. Credit card through Ulta is absolutely TERRIBLE. Firstly- you CANNOT make a payment in Store. AND they will NOT take your DEBIT card online! What the heck kind of company does this??? And one mote thing - if you want to speak to a LIVE person....they charge $9!!!!

“I will give zero star if I can. I placed an order on line and use Apple Pay to pay for the order. However, after the first charged, the online order still won’t let me to complete the order as the “place order” button was still In transparent. I thought the charge didn’t go through so I made another charge. However, nothing happened! A at the same time, I got notified from Apple Pay that I got charged twice already. I called Ulta’s service line and the representative said she can’t do anything. I requested to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor said nothing they can do to complete the order. I don’t understand how they can’t do anything. Just complete the order manually and make sure the customer is happy! If there’s problem on the website and can’t charge the customer, that’s fine. But I got charged twice and you told me that you cannot complete the order! That’s totally unacceptable! Never going back to Ulta Beauty!

My in laws bought me a $100 gift card for Christmas. I tried to use it in store and I scratched the PIN number off in front of the cashier, Lindsay. She then said it wouldn’t work. I had to call customer service and they said my gift card had already been used and there’s nothing they can do about it. That was a waste of $100 and a Christmas gift. I will not be shopping with Ulta again.

Hello, Ulta customer service is the worst! Stole my hard earned money!  Refusing to resend or refund my account for 3 items missing from my order! As soon as I opened my package I called Ulta customer service & the lady promised my issue will be taken care of!  3 days later supervisor emailed me that Ulta weighs packages before shipping & because of that their distribution department supposedly shipped everything out. I have pictures of what I received but they won’t refund my money or reship items

They took the money and didn’t deliver the package and when we contacted them, they are not helping. Poor Service and Useless .. Runaway from this place. I will find a legal way to get my money back. Order#M116682282

I had an appointment for brow tinting, and the aesthetician did not show up. I was greeted at the door and they said have a seat she’ll be right with you. I waited 22 minutes and then I left. During that time, I was there three different people told me she would be right with me. My time is very valuable and I was on a work break. I left. Very disappointing experience. I will not go back there. Vero Beach

Terrible service, mean people screaming on clients. When i ask for my change employee told me that she already gave it to me, then start screaming that I'm trying to fool her and i need to leave shop, but another client saw everything and told her that I'm saying truth. She gave me my change without any sorry.

Received 3 packages that the tape on the side were opened creating a gap . Two boxes only had large products so nothing fell out, but the third package had two small products that must have fallen out during shipping. They say since they were in the box when they shipped it, they would not refund or replace. They use OnTrac on some packages, after months of begging Ulta not to use them after they forged my name and said they handed me the package( they were leaving packages on the side of the road) I installed video cameras. OnTrac said they left a package “at front door” (which is surrounded by a six foot fence with no gate) impossible to access. I checked video which shows clearly no one entered our property. They claim that OnTrac provided proof of delivery. No picture just stated they left it at front door. The fact that I have video showing they never came down my driveway and sent them pictures showing they could not have access front door isn’t proof but a company I showed them forging my name, and lying about handing me packages when they hadn’t even come down the road I live on saying they left it on the front porch is proof. Again no refund or replacement. I am waiting for a class action to be filed so they are forced to clean up there bad practices.
