Ulta has a great assortment of both high end and drug store makeup! Love that they have everything from makeup to hair care to waxing. The one thing I wish they would do is maybe have the employees learn to shade match better...I've had multiple experiences where I've had to return foundations because I wasn't properly shade matched. That's the only frustrating experience I've had with ulta!

Surprised by the negative reviews, I have always had good experiences here. Collect many points with my purchases so am able to get discounts. They keep expanding the products they carry, which is nice! Its just a bit pricey, my only complaint.

I've had a good experience altogether with this site. Never had any major issues worth mentioning and I've been shopping with them for a long time now it seems. Worth trying out.

I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from, that has not been my experience at all. It is not perfect but I don't find it to be horrible at all. In store customer service is a little bit lacking, I feel like the only one helping you Are the ones where you try the make up on so they can try to get you to buy things but as for assisting you with shopping and questions there is a lack of any associates. I received one of the eyeshadow palette I ordered from them, it was their brand, slightly broken. I had taken pictures and called customer service but the pictures were not needed, they took my word for it and immediately shipped out another package. The next package came again broken and at this point I realized it was the quality of their eyeshadow, they refunded me my money and gave me a Store gift card for my troubles as this had been a gift card for my younger family member. So is the merchandise always perfect no, do I love the prices all the time no, but their customer service was pretty good on each occasion. They gave me no hassles and address my issues immediately . I don't love their brand of make up and would not buy it again. They have a good customer reward system which shows that they value their customers. They regularly give coupons and I am up play subscriber from Sephora and I have their shipping program and I have yet to ever receive a coupon from them so overall Ulta is not that horrible. I also appreciate the mix of drugstore and high-end make up which allows the shopping experience to be more affordable, you can purchase your high-end make up and drugstore make up at the same time .
