0/10 I would never recommend!! I had a very disappointing experience at the salon and with the General Manager, Marissa at this Ulta location. I received a salon color service that did not resemble the multiple reference photos I showed during my consultation. I expressed my dissatisfaction immediately after the service non confrontational. Marissa got involved and never asked to see the reference photos I had shown my stylist or ask me any questions. Instead, she immediately placed the blame on me, told me I should have stopped the stylist during the service, and that I "lacked accountability." Because it’s my fault not the stylist although blaming wasn’t the issue, she said I was a liar and that I should've explain better that I color my hair at the beginning of the year and that’s why it didn’t take and so much more!! Although I had specifically asked before the service whether my desired color could be achieved before starting and was assured that it could. The conversation unfortunately became heated and we had a full blown shouting match in the ulta salon area. I came to management looking for a reasonable resolution not an argument. What was especially upsetting was feeling judged she said things like, "What do you want? You want it to be free? Is that what you're getting at?" I had not gone in demanding a free hairstyle. In fact, another manager had already discussed a possible resolution with me before it was later withdrawn by Marissa. I have compassion for my stylist, it was never a right or wrong thing for me I just wanted correction, fairness and ultimately RESPECT. I literally been having a rough time I just wanted to make myself feel better by coloring my hair. My issue with this review is specifically how management handled me, I’m in disbelief. A GM should be able to hear both sides, look at what the customer actually requested, and attempt to de-escalate the situation before assigning blame. I left feeling more upset by the way I was treated by Marissa than what I was about my hair. Today was literally a horrible day and I haven’t felt okay since leaving ulta.

Very disappointed with Ulta’s customer service. I placed two separate orders, and somehow both of them were lost and never delivered. I contacted customer service expecting Ulta to make this right by simply reshipping the items I already paid for, but they refused to do so. It’s extremely frustrating to have two orders go missing and then feel like the company isn’t willing to take responsibility or provide a reasonable solution. I expected much better service from a company like Ulta, especially as a loyal customer. This entire experience has been stressful, inconvenient, and disappointing. I will definitely think twice before ordering from Ulta again.

I have been dealing with UlTA’s supervisors that promise to return calls and never do for several weeks now in reference to missing packages that were delivered inaccurately by OnTrac. ULTA’s position is that as long as OnTrac delivered and left the packages in an unsecure area and not delivered as instructed to, then is the customers responsibility. Carriers are not supposed to leave packages in an unsecure area in apartment complexes and apartment buildings, but OnTrac doesn’t think that the rule applies to them. I am a long time platinum customer of ULTA’s but I am severing all relationships with this company after the experiences I have had over the inferior way that several packages have been carelessly delivered by this inferior carrier, OnTrac. They are the cheapest carrier for one reason, because they provide inferior delivery services! Beware of shipping online at ULTA!

I placed an order and the items were cheaper at Amazon. But both items at Ulta stated when added to my cart they included a free gift. One a loose powder and the other a serum. Nothing about you need to add the ite.s to your cart or do anything special. I did not get my free items. I text in they said they would ship the free items, follow this link for tracking. Then wrote me after stating I did not add them to my cart. Why would I think I needed add them to cart if it did not specify thst step? I have never hsd to do that the past 10 years on free offers. When you add them to cart, you get charged for them. That is advertisement fraud. Bye Ulta.

Awful. I tried to place an online order. After being charged 3x, I used the chat feature to contact customer service and was told my order never processed. I now have over $450 tied up with Ulta, no order, and no confirmation it’s being refunded. The chat reps kept passing me to other reps where I repeatedly explained what happened. After 4 reps I asked for a customer service email 7x before they were willing to give it to me.

Ordered over three weeks ago and still haven't received my order. I keep getting messages giving me an arrival day but it changes and now after spending time with online customer service chats got nowhere except wait. I'm really mad! The store is just minutes away but I couldn't get out and it was supposed to only take a couple days with express delivery.

I cannot get my phone number or email corrected for my account so I have never been able to sign in. I always have to do an easy pay. I have tried to call customer service and no one ever comes on.

I wish I can give them no stars. Their customer service suck so bad. Very unprofessional. I don’t get how they mad at me because my shipment was not received. I’m will never order online from them again. They used a carrier I never heard of
