They don’t ship your items. When I tried to call and get a refund after 5 business days of no shipping, they said I had to wait out 8 business days before I could request a refund. I waited the 8 business days, then customer service said I had to wait to receive the package to return the items and get a refund. I ordered this over 2 weeks ago. I didn’t get the items by the date they said, now I don’t want them because what I needed them for has now passed so I just want my money back. But yet they shipped them at 7 business days so that they can now refuse my refund. When I first contacted them for the items not shipping and asked for my refund, they could’ve very easily refunded me because nothing had ever shipped. I made it clear the items wouldn’t arrive on time any longer so I wanted to cancel and get the refund. Well at 7 business days, they shipped the order. I called them at 8 business days to get a refund and they said they couldn’t refund because the item was shipped the day before so now I have to return the item to get my money back. Absolutely done with Ulta after this. Be aware that they are scamming you if you order online and there’s nothing you can do to get your money back from them.

ULTA beauty does not own up to Their promise or name. I made a purchase on the 3rd of December still waiting on my gift card to come still no tracking number and nobody can give me any information except adding more days to the delivery I’m so mad and frustrated this is unprofessional and unacceptable I won’t be shopping with them anymore because they don’t care

The customer service employed by this company is horrendous. Spent 25 minutes on a "chat" for an item that wasn't in the box when they claimed it was and then another 15 minutes on the phone all without getting the issue resolved. The excessively giant boxes used for one small item with no pillow packaging or bubble wrap is absolutely ridiculous. Sephora is amazing in comparison. Ulta.com and the ulta app are just a joke.

I placed an order during the black Friday sales. My order stated it was shipped the next day. 2 weeks went by and the order never was actually shipped stating it was awaiting pick up from the carrier. I spoke to customer service several times about this issue and was promised that my order would be reproccessed and shipped back out. Instead, they cancelled my entire order refunding it. Then told me that I could go online and reorder at what the current price was of the items. They did not care to correct their mistakes at any level along the customer service chain.

Didn't want to give 1 star! Placed an order December 7th; called yesterday to cancel, was told you can only cancel up to 1 hour after placing. Now I get an email stating we are delayed in processing your order. Called again to cancel; told no again. I'm not a customer anymore, and I advise everyone to stay away, companies don't value customers anymore.

These people have charged my credit card and claimed to have shipped the items. When you go to the link, it says the delivery company has not received the items from Ulta. I have asked them to cancel the order and they refused because they claim you only have an hour after placing an order to cancel. They also claim they can't do anything until 9 business days have passed. My items that I ordered from Sephora on the same day arrived 4 days ago. Never again!!

So,I work 3 jobs and work 7 days a week while paying for collage. I sometimes get Friday evenings off. I took my niece just to try somewhere knee. I had never been into Ulta and I decided to try it today the one on (8487 Union Chapel Rd 720#). 😡😡😡THEY TREATED ME AS IF I WAS GOING TO STILL SOMETHING!!!. Following me around! And all I wanted to do was look around to see what they had.( I had just worked all day). Never EVER SHOP THERE!!!.... HA..went to sophora next door.☺️ They treated me with dignity. NEVER EVER GO TO ULTA!!! THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND!!!!. Shop sHOPE 👏👏👏

On 11-27-24 I went to Ulta Beauty in Bartonsville Pa to purchase Chanel #5. They don't carry it in store so I paid $172 and they promised to send me the Chanel and the gift Robe for spending over $70 for fragrance. I received the Chanel but no robe. I drove back to Ulta and they are all out of robes. When I made the purchase they would not give me the robe that they had plenty of and said it would be sent by mail. The sign in the store said the robe is a $70 value but customer service would only give me a $10 gift card to Ulta instead of a $70 robe. I refused so here I am letting the world know of their BAD business practices which I consider dishonest
