Best customer service from Gorge in the Bakersfield Store on Ming Ave. Store #469 My first time shopping in Ulta. I’ve never worn face makeup. As I’m aging I have a few aging spots and didn’t know what color I needed to match my skin tone. Gorge was absolutely fabulous, took the time to help me and show me how to apply it on my face correctly… I’m truly thankful and appreciate Gorge for being so kind and patient with me… I’ll definitely be back…

I went to the ULTA at Downtown Summerlin..Joslyn waited on me and was extremely sweet informative and a pleasure to deal with., because of her, I will go back for more makeup products.. In the past I have not shopped very often at Ulta but because of my experience today, I will go back. Highly recommend going there.

I find better bargains and free gifts with purchase buying from this site rather than brand sites. I highly recommend you to purchase from Ulta over the cosmetics site to get more for your money and appreciated. I will never shop anywhere else. Great shopping experience.

I had to take the time to write and tell you what an exceptional employee you have at the Medford Oregon Ulta. Her name is Christy Shoemaker. I had received a 20% off coupon which included prestige products. I wanted to try Ilia on the advice of a friend. Unfortunately, Medford does not carry IIia in store. I had to order online and Christy could not do it for me because the coupon would not be accepted for a store to store order. So, she spent about 15 minutes helping me download your app, prepare a password, place the order and all with the most helpful and kind attitude. i am 64 years old and not very good with technology. She also knew a lot about the product line and kept smiling through the whole process. She is a gem and I will go back on purpose because of her. thank you for such a wonderful experience. One last request---please carry the whole Ilia line in the Medford Oregon store. so many of us love it and if we want to try products we have to drive 45 minutes to the Grants Pass store. Madelyn M has worked on my color to remove the black color I was given by a previous colorist and she is FANTASTIC! My hair color after only two treatments, has given me so many compliments. It’s healthy and gorgeous. Madelyn is very personable and extremely talented as a hair stylist and her natural ability to stop & listen to the customer and produce the color you want, is refreshing. She has made a long-time customer every 6 weeks. If you’ve had a bad experience at Ulta, please do yourself a favor & book with Madelyn M-you won’t regret it!
