I purchased the wrong item last week and returned it today, along with two other items to purchase. The cashier would not return my money because I gave her the same phone number I did last week. She said I would have to have another phone number! I told her I only had the one telephone. She said to give her a family members number. I told her no & left w/o getting money returned or purchasing any other items. Last time I will ever shop at Ulta knowing this crazy return policy for non-members.

This place is a scam!!! Supposedly they offer free products to their Diamond customers with purchase and when you place your order conveniently the free item is out of stock! This company is a total scam!! Go to Sephora o amazon! I will never buy again in this scam company, keep yourself far away from Ulta

If I could give Ulta a negative star review I would do that I live 110 miles one way from the nearest Ulta and I drove into the Ulta in the Round Rock Texas area I had some items that had not even been opened that I needed to return the in store credit was 60 days and when I tried to return them it was merely 62 days and I've been fighting melanoma and this was the first time that I could get in nobody would help me nobody would listen to me I didn't get store credit I didn't even get a percentage off any purchases do not ever purchase any of your beauty items through Ulta anymore go through Amazon Prime because at least they will give you credit back no matter how long you have had the item and again it was 62 days 2 days past the date and no one would even give me the time of day they didn't even care that I've been fighting melanoma and this was the first time I was able to drive in one way which was 110 miles this is the most horrible beauty place in the world do not shop here go elsewhere

If I could give it a -1 I would. I am a rewards member. Typically shop in store. However, I have a gift card and am laid up at home for a bit. I tried to place an order online under my account and nothing would work. I decided to chat online DONT DO IT. AI was awful. Kept asking g me to check info. Spoke to a human on chat and also not useful. After 45 min called on the phone and found out they have 1 number wrong on my phone number but it takes an act of God to fix it and I will have to wait 48 -72 hours to fix it in order to place my order. Or... I can drive the half hour to the store and have them correct the 1 digit my number is off. After 1 hour of trying to place my $150 order... I quit. Done. Anyone want to buy an Ulta gift card? Apparently, they don't my business. Awful online business.

Trustpilot doesn't allow zero star reviews unfortunately. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and I'm a Comcast customer. Zero response after numerous requests for help in resolving a lost package. I keep being told they'll get back to me in 24-48 hours every time I contact them, but I never hear anything from them for weeks now. Absolutely terrible. Stay away!

This is a review of Ulta's partnership with Veho. I placed an order on Sept. 27, 2026 then I received a text that my order would be delivered on Sept. 29, 2026. While it seemed great that I would be getting my order sooner, I then received a text that my order would arrive between 9:30pm and 12:30am. I'm sorry but I live in a condo building and I go to bed early. Most likely, I won't be up to buzz you into my building to deliver my package, and I don't have an access code for entry. How the HECK am I suppose to receive my order when you have deliver hours like this??? They say they'll make 3 delivery attempts but you cannot choose your delivery window. WTH! This gives me pause and I guess I will have to either shop in-store or go back to Sephora. I'm very disappointed in this new model of delivery.

I ordered a few things online $71.00 Worth after about 3 days I checked the tracking it stated it was on its way , a few days after I checked the tracking & shipping company stated undeliverable verify add. Mind you I have lived at that address for the last 7 years. Well this went on for about a week that I verified it 3x so I contacted the so called CS. & Through all of this I kept getting emails " Your package is on its way I received 3 different emails and 3 different employees that this person will be assisting me like I was getting vip treatment lol the 2nd one asked me to verify my phone, I stated oh with your incompetent shipping company that for sure is going to get it to me my phone number lol so I humored them and I verified my phone number again. In the meantime I keep getting emails each day my package is on the way. Finally going into 2 weeks now I told them either overnight it to me or refund me I'm tired of doing this with incompetent people so I got a refund. I don't know how they stay in business at first I thought well maybe it was just me but then looking online all the complaints for the same thing I don't get it I read a. Response saying the warehouse is backed up a few days but that's not my problem I'm in Las Vegas my God I don't think it takes that long needless to say it's not cost efficient because you would think they would want to please their customers there's too much competition out there never again with them

I will genuinely never shop at Ulta again after this experience. My package got delivered to the wrong house (I had the correct address listed but it got delivered to a different house), after calling them 5 different times over the span of a month, sending them pictures of what my house looks like with the correct address on the mailbox (the delivery photo was clearly not the correct house), they continued to say that the package was delivered and the proof was the delivery photo. I'm not sure how many times I need to say the delivery photo CLEARLY doesn't match my house for these incompetent people to understand. The simple resolution could've been to resend the $40 package, but instead they lost a customer for life. Will not deal with the incompetence ever again. Sephora is far better anyways.
