I am writing this review specifically for an employee, Jacob, at the Asheville Mall ULTA. (I haven't shopped very often at ULTA so can't really address their products although the ones I have bought have been just what I needed.) Anyway, the couple of times I have been there I have had the privilege of being assisted by Jacob. He is knowledgeable, funny, helpful and very friendly, makes you feel like you matter and focuses on you. I will continue to shop at ULTA, always looking for him, and perhaps will review the store, products, etc., at a later date! Thanks, Jacob!

The new Ulta in St Cloud Florida is great. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. A special shout out to the hair stylist Nicki and the Mac make-up specialist Manny both did an excellent job with my hair and make-up for a wedding. I will be going back often!

I can't believe how much bad reviews are on here, I guess it's true that review sites are just a place to rant! lol anyway, wanted to say that ulta is great. I once complained about the samples i received with my online order so they sent me extra samples in my other order. They're great. the only con i would say is that they don't offer samples like sephora does.

I visited Ulta salon fro the first time in Buckehead. The stylist they scheduled was Carmelina. I was really hesitant because like everyone you don't know what to expect. I must tell you ........Carmelina is spectacular!!! Her knowledge in doing color and hair is outstanding. You must go to her

I went to the Ulta Beauty in Creve Coeur, Missouri to get brow liner. When it comes to makeup I’m clueless. But Tara helped me out tremendously and quickly. She was great! I hope she sees this, so she knows how awesome she is at her job! -a very happy customer
