I was in the New Bern NC store doing a little shopping. When i met the most pleasant worker i think y'all may have. She gave me so much helpful advice about make up and which products to buy. And she was absolutely right. My face never looked so amazing since speaking with her. Ulta needs more Donnesha Foyes working at their stores.

I went to the Ulta in Grandville today and Amelia was an amazing help! She didn’t hesitate to show me the area where I could find the products I was looking for, but also helped explain the benefits of different products as well! I definitely would have left with the wrong stuff if it wasn’t for her!

I made an appt to get my hair foiled The girl doing my hair burnt my scalp I requested a mgr I was told no one was available..they made me pay at the register I told the girl at register what happen she said nothing she could do. I repetitively called ULTA with no success to receive my $$ back I had to but shampoo and conditioner that I didn't normally buy for my scalp I was afraid I would lose my hair I returned the products. .got a call from a mgr saying you returned products so there is nothing we can do for you I still never rec d reimbursement for a burnt scalp service at 90.00 I even called corp no resolve ..blown off Also the girl doing my hair told me prior to my service she burnt another lady's neck and said the mgr switches up products all the time Sorry this happen ..unbelievable !!! DO NOT USE ULTA SALON..UNLESS U WANT YOUR SKIN BURNT DURING HAIR SERVICE WARN ALL YOU KNOW THIS SALON IS AWEFUL NONPROFESSIONAL !!!

Shout out to Kelsey at Spring Hill Tn Salon! I have been transitioning to natural gray/silver hair color. Kelsey at the Spring Hill Salon took me from a brassy gold, gray and white mix to a beautiful salt and pepper color with ash undertones. I tried to get this service done at other salons but no one would do it as the process is complicated. If you’re tired of fighting brassy gold color mixed in with your beautiful gray and white go see Kelsey! You won’t be disappointed!! I love my hair!!

I’ve recently ordered from Ulta Beauty online and let me tell you I was definitely not disappointed! Both items were amazing products, as I suspected they would be because I’ve loved Ulta for like ever, and they came in perfect time. I would give them 11 out of 10 stars and highly recommend to people who love beauty products just as much as I do! :)
