Ulta in Las Vegas NV is always on point!! Great customer service...kind and helpful staff...great products!!

Placed maybe 15-20 orders online during different sales these past two months, ridiculous I know, and each order has arrived in full, on time or even early delivery through UPS, USPS and UDS. I had maybe three items come damaged in transit but thankfully nothing else in these orders was ruined and I had no problem at all replacing or returning the damaged items in store. Amazing help always from everyone at the Warsaw, IN location. Very happy repeat customer!

I have shopped both online and in the store. Anytime I have a question they help me and are very through. I buy all my fragrance at Ulta and all my haircare products. I would recommend visiting a store in your area and take a look around. I always find something new that I wasn't aware they carried. As I write this I am waiting on an order that I placed online.

Ordered online from them right before Thanksgiving break, and noticed that it was delivered on Monday of that week, 4 days before the estimated delivery date. Came home to find no package and Ulta has a policy where you have to wait 3 days after delivery to contact them. So while I waited, I called the shipping service. Turns out, the customer representatives did not want to be upfront with me about the whereabouts of my package, which was actually delivered to the wrong address and gave me a lot of false hope. Throughout the entire fiasco, I had called them 3 times, and each time I called, they said I'd be getting a call from them, I never did. Lone Star Overnight, is the worst regional delivery service ever. So I called Ulta's customer service number and spoke to the sweetest and most understanding customer representative ever. She was truly a miracle worker. She understood that it was the holidays and was willing to ship out parts of the order that was still in stock and reimbursed me for the items at full price after I explained the one item that was very important to me. I had purchased it while it was on sale, and by the time I called Ulta on Saturday, she fully reimbursed me for the normal price via gift card. She wasn't supposed to or obliged to do this as my package did ship out and was marked as delivered (despite it being delivered to the wrong place and the shipping service falsely marking it delivered), however this woman was kind enough to go above and beyond to make sure I'd be able to get my gifts for the holiday season.

I got my extensions done at a local salon that I had found and the lady told me she had 20 years of experience. I go into Ulta to get my hair trimmed like always and the lady that was going to trim my hair said she was absolutely horrified by the job that the "experienced" lady had done. She offered to fix them and she sure did! They look amazing and I will be going back! She listened to my every need and delivered perfectly! My hair has never looked better. Also they are always so great in asking if I need help with finding products. Truly an awesome place to go.

I needed to exchange a nail polish color I didn’t like the next day back to Ulta. Wow, they were so accommodating as I couldn’t find the receipt either. They let me exchange the color for something I liked better, winner!
