Ordered from this site twice and have always received my items in a timely manner! 1st package got here in less than a week after I placed my order! 2nd package Got here a little over a week after placing my order! Thank you

I'm adding my review only because I am shocked by the number of bad reviews on here!! I've never had a problem with Ulta, I am particularly loving their curbside pick up option due to the pandemic. They are always really friendly and quick!! I only shop at Ulta, their rewards program is way better than sephora's. Who the heck wants random samples so small they are practically useless. No. It's just a ploy to get you to buy more from them. As far as i'm concerned that's useless. Ulta's reward program at least gives you some money off your purchases which is actually helpful.

Excellent experience with the costumer service also I would like to acknowledge each of the employees of the store located in Masfield as they are very friendly and always willing to help.

Shipping is slow right now. But that’s with ALL companies. They still give excellent service as always. Will continue to use them over Sephora all day, every day.

According to my tracking number, my package had supposedly been delivered but I never got it. Maybe it was stolen? I contacted Ulta and within a few days I got a response saying they went ahead and resent it, free of charge! I am so happy! Cindy S. was the ultra representative helping me.

I love Ulta. I purchased about $100 worth of products and so I was super psyched to receive my package only to find out that it was stolen from my porch. I immediately emailed both Ulta and USPS about the situation. USPS couldn’t help at all because the package was shown as delivered to my address so all I could do was file a police report (with no evidence or witnesses). Ulta customer service was very understanding and sent out a second order free of charge - I got real lucky with this one! Shipping was super fast and got here in less than 5 days (order was processed on the 29th and I received it on the 2 of April).

I have always had the best customer service at our Greer SC store. Staff is always friendly and energetic. But after reading online yesterday how the store was going to close for a period of time due to the Coronavirus and how employees would continue to get paid I was brought to tears at the managements honorable decision to put their employees financial wellbeing as well as their health first and foremost. You hear all the praises folks in the medical fields receive, and justifiably so, but I think a kudos to companies like Ulta are even more well deserved. Thank you Ulta, you have me as a life time customer because of this.
