After several weeks of going back and fourth with Ulta & Cashstar Customer Service, I was finally able to get in touch with a lovely lady named Hannah. She was the ONLY person who was able to figure out the issue, and start the process of getting it fixed. Although, I was initially a bit frustrated when the call first started (not at her just the situation) she remained polite and calm. Thank you Hannah! People like you are appreciated.

I have ordered online twice from Ulta. Both times my orders were small, but I appreciated the confirmation emails with a link to track my package. They sent me exactly what I ordered and ETA was spot on. I will absolutely be ordering from Ulta again, especially since they carry tons of brands that other beauty stores dont carry! 5 stars.

I think that Ulta Beauty in Rio Grande, N.J. is terrific. The customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My hairdresser is Great. She knows exactly how I like my hair done and always does a wonderful job on it. I highly recommend this salon. They have prdroduts for all hair types and my hairdresser goes out of her way to make sure I walk out of there with the proper hair care products that I need. Thanks Ulta Beauty. Kimberly K.

I recently placed my first online order (after business hours) and everything went smoothly. Great price and I was notified my order was ready the following morning and a courtesy reminder the day after that. Pick up was easy. Sales rep was friendly and my item was packaged well. Highly recommended.

I love purchasing at Ulta! They have a range of excellent products from drugstore to high end brands. They are generous with sales coupons and gifts. If an order is damaged, they will make it right. Ulta has become my number one choice for beauty purchases.

I ordered a lot of skincare and beauty products on Ulta on 7/27. It took me just a few days to recieve myy package which is on 7/31. I am very suprised by how fast it was. My box is packed carefully and neatly too. I will definitely order from Ulta again !!
