I had the most amazing experience in Ulta ever with a young lady named Abon in Portland at the Cascade Parkway location! She matched me with the best match i've ever had when it comes to foundation! Many thanks to a beautiful lady inside and out!

I would just like to give a shout out to one of your employees. I stopped in your store at Spectrum Mall on July 17 approximately 8pm. Allison was the cashier who rang me up. She was the friendliest person I had an interaction with that day. She was extremely helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely a people person. She went above and beyond with just her customer service and I just want to let you know that it does not go unnoticed. I have worked in customer service for many many years and you can tell when someone is definitely a people person and when they are not when they’re having a good day at work and when they’re not so I know from experience that a lot of people are quick to complain about someone but very rarely do you get someone to give compliments. She is an extremely authentic young lady. You should be proud to have her on your team and I hope that you keep her on for many many years. She was just amazing and I just wanted to let you know that. Hopefully I will get her again next time I come into your store. Well I have been dealing with this company over 10yrs. Ordering and picking up or going there to shop. I have had some online purchases too and have had no issues that is beyond the normal everyday issues with inventory. Once I ordered some items but when I got there to pickup, item was not available but that was okay. So far I have made several other purchases and all have come through so those good days outshadow the few bad days. Am very critical when it comes to reviews

I needed a hair gloss, im transitioning color due to graying. I ran into GRACE P. in the solon, at the Irvine Ulta on Jamboree Road. She discussed my options and we booked an appt. For color. She is a top notch colorist & natural artist. I could not believe she produced a miracle! Exactly what I wanted & needed! I will stay with her forever! Thank you Grace & ulta!
