I have always loved ULTA and decided to write a review of my last experience. Last minute Christmas shopping and Boom there it was on my iPad screen (ULTA) I was able to send out a gift card of the dollar amount I wanted plus free shipping. ULTA had a huge variety of gift card designs to chose from. I didn’t have to fight traffic or stand in lines waiting to check out. How convenient. Thanks ULTA, I’ll definitely keep you in mind next time!!

I purchased a Ulta gift card at a grocery store, when I got home the gift card was nowhere to be found. Called Ulta customer service to inactivate the gift card. Jonathan E. addressed my issue. He was pleasant kind and extremely accommodating. Thank you Jonathan for the positive experience!

Ulta.com and in stores. Is always a wonderful experience! Any problem ive ever had in store or delivery. They have always gone above and beyond to fix and make right. I never have long wait times to get someone on the phone or in store. They do great deals and coupons. And I literally can't think of one bad thing about them. Even when just something was outta stock on store and I was mistakenly told it was there. They gave me a gift card for the problem and free shipping to have it shipped to me instead. And I can list many others examples or just a wonderful shopping experience. And anytime I've ever had a product question. The people that work there were always right there to help. Abd clearly knew what they where talking about. Business should take a page outta ultas book. Only thing is is recently They out sourced there phone customer service and there was certain things they didn't know how to do. But im sure with time they'll get it. And it still got done it just took alot of transferring me around

I literally walked in and looked around for an associate and here comes Taber or TJ and he IMMEDIATELY hooked me up with Biolage HYDRAsource ...I told him my scalp was very dry and my hair was very severely damaged and he hooked a girl up...took a shower tonight and used the product and I am sooo happy and after one use! And it was less than $60 sooo worth it in my eyes ❤️#grateful

I have had nothing but the best when it comes to Ulta's customer service-representative. They are SUPER friendly and VERY helpful! When I had a problem with an order, my products were shampoo and conditioner, which busted during travel. I understand things like that happen, so I called customer service. I got a new replacement order plus email confirmation that day and it shipped that night. They told me to just discard or keep the damaged products. Also this happened with ONLY one other order, which I have a lot of orders... bc I LOVE Ulta! This order I spent around $420 and one of my favorite eyeshadows I ordered was broken, but none of the other items. I called customer service and they replaced like the other. Hassle free and super friendly! Also they always ship pretty quick!

Aaron is a styles in the hair salon. He is great. I have had him do my hair every week for some time now. I have never been treated so well, and my hair looks great.
