I went into Ulta to buy magnetic eyelashes and while I was checking out I asked the cashier if she had a list of services they provided because I was thinking about getting my eyebrows tinted. She walked me right over the Krista and she had a opening and was able to tint my eyebrows right away! I had never had my eyebrows tinted so I was a little nervous and later that night I was going out to celebrate my birthday so I was afraid how they’d turn out. Krista did an AMAZING job and was professional and polite the whole time! I absolutely love my eyebrows and I’ve gotten several comments on them already! Thanks again for doing such a great job Krista!!

I recently went into the Mt pleasant SC store and I first walked in about to turn around when I got no help just pointed in a direction. However Josh saved the day not only did he find what I was looking for but helped with my curly frizzy hair. I ended up spending over 100 dollars and I love my product. Thank you so much Josh. Just thought you should know you made my day.

I recently shopped in the Deptford Ulta where I was helped by two very awesome associates, Jojo and Lauren. They were both extremely polite and helpful with all of my questions. However, I noticed the two of them were trying to keep up while other employees were gathered talking to one another. I walked by this group several times un-noticed. Lucky Jojo observed I needed help and came over. Jojo and Lauren deserve some recognition.

Wow, so surprised by the low rating! But then again, people usually don’t write a review unless upset about something. I’ve been ordering online from Ulta since 2011, back when you got a ton of deluxe samples with your order! (Miss those days.) I have had occasional issues over the years with a missing order, points glitches, or damaged product. Every single time Ulta has fixed the issue once I contacted customer service and I would even say they’ve gone above and beyond in making it better. I recommend contacting them through Facebook messenger (if it’s an option), as their response time is impeccable on there.

Lounge products i have been using sence March 2020 and their isn't a product that i have used that I don't like I love every item from hair brushes, flat iron, hairdryer and shampoo, heat shield, sorbet, love all the products i have tryed thank you 😀 ❤

LOL who's not a fan of Ulta? I seriously do not understand all the negativity here. Sure, some things go wrong, but they always try to fix it for you. Most of all, their products are great!

So I placed my orders on January 8th and 9th and I've got them both by yesterday, I think this is my company. I love quick shipping and reliability.

My experience at Ulta has always been nothing short of amazing, I enjoy ever visit. I really like Dermalogic Skin Care Products! The daily Microfoliant does wonders to my skin. all the left over makeup, and dead skin vanishes after just one use and leaves my face feeling so soft. I would highly recommend.
