Ulta is the place for makeup! Love this place, my husband knows to just get a giftcard for me every year now, especially after 22 years of marriage.

I was very pleased with the online customer service through the chat line on their website a few months ago! I placed an order online, and unfortunately one of the glitter shades was broken in the ColourPop Nude Mood palette I bought. I totally understand as shipping makeup can be fairly difficult as it's fragile, but I was a bit sad as this was a birthday gift for my sister. I contacted them to see if a partial refund or something else could be done about this matter, but they actually went ahead and sent a brand new palette! I didn't expect it either :D The lady I spoke to (I forgot her name, I'm so sorry but I'll edit it if I do find it) was super kind and genuinely did her best to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!

My hair was cut by jillian, and i really love it. She did an awesome job. Im not good at showing if I genuinely like something or not, so im sorry if i came off as rude while I was there. Thank you Jillian youre awesome -christa

I love Ulta, love that they carry high end as well as reasonably priced products, love that I can get all kinds of products there: hair, body, beauty.... I was reading the reviews and I'm surprised because our store in Wheaton IL is super friendly and a delight to shop at. Love Ulta!

Maddy in Princeton NJ is absolutely the greatest at eyebrows. She took my pathetic brows and made them beautiful! Never have I been so happy with the way they look!!

Had great experience with my daughter hair cut at south Plainfield ulta . Maggie was great stylist she answered all my daughter silly questions 😆😆. While returning I saw one stylist was grooming puppy hair too , I saw her customer was holding it so disgusting to watch it. same scissors are used to cut other hair. You have to be very careful specially in this pandemic.

LOVE MY GIRL SHEILA at the Ulta in Foley, AL! She knows exactly what my hair needs and takes extra care while styling! Never had a stylist explain things the way she does! I’m so glad I found her when I moved down here! Make sure you ask for her!
