My first time ordering, I received a gift card for Christmas and I love everything! My items came within a couple of days was well packaged. I will definitely order again in the future.

The store experience was nice , lots of employees around to help and answer questions about the products. Good prices and cool testers too.

In Texas was horrible. I now live in California and the store in Salinas CA. Is simply the best. Jenn the manager cares about the customers as well as Cynthia. I cannot say enough about these two. The other "clerks" have been nice also though not as much dealing with them. I was even personally thanked from them for my review. I am not someone who rates a lot because I am usually not pleased this much with service and products. I normally went to Sally's and have stopped as a result of the Salinas CA Ulta store. I will add I have been in Sephora and walked out. Lol I will never go in their store again! I recently placed an online Ulta order and will post my experience about that separately.

Why on Earth does Ulta have so little stars?! I literally made this account to brag about how much I love them and what an amazing experience I had today! Usually, the days before Christmas are so hectic and honestly I avoid going out to shop for anything until after the holidays. I had to get something at Ulta and it was so calm and organized and the customer service was so good, like the people there made my day. Ulta > Sephora

I had my hair cut at the Norman Ulta Salon. My appt was with Hazel. She did an awsome job. She was very sweet and personable and listened to what I wanted. Thank you, Hazel

Tayla was my helper and she was awesome! I love her. This is not her friend.

Rithany is amazing on my brows! Ask for her when you come.

Silvia at the cascade station location in Portland is amazing! She always does a great job!!! Highly recommend her.
