I have to start this review with “SHERI IS AMAZING”, just to grab your attention. From the moment I met Sheri, I could already tell that she was going to be the right one to take on the extremely difficult task of cutting 9 years’ worth of my locs and repairing a rough hairline. She was very informative and knowledgeable of what she could do and always kept my options realistic, she also always made sure I was comfortable. I went into to see her with high hopes, a bit of nervousness, and a to be honest a gut feeling. No words will ever describe the work of art this woman created out of the remains of my locs, no gratitude will ever be enough, so I’m just going to keep going back -shrug- I was not disappointed, and I promise you will not be either. I honestly don’t know how Kelsey made this possible, but while I was getting an entirely new hairstyle, she took amazing care of my eyebrows. I opted to have her pluck them and it was the least pain I had ever felt getting them done. She did an amazing job with the arch, and to be honest I don’t how she got them to look so good, but they look the best they ever have. I will definitely be going back to her very soon. I’d like to add that the Ulta on Independence caters well to its clients.

I had a return with receipt and Frances helped me right away. I bought more items. I am always greeted at Lakewood Ulta. Emily went out of her way to help with my dry hair for hydration hair products since I'm allergic to tree nuts. Lisa took much of her time to help me with my unruly phone while trying to get into the Ulta App with spotty internet. I suggest going weekdays less busy and the service is 👍 Great 🙂 I'll be back.

I am an older customer with special skin issues. Alyssa was super friendly and gave me top-notch suggestions for products. She spent a good time matching my skin exactly with the Dermablend product I choose until it was perfect. She is a person who inspires trust by showing her understanding of your needs. I shop at the Woodstock GA store 105 on Woodstock Square Avenue. I just want to say the service I ALWAYS receive from the staff continually exceeds my expectations. Today, Monday, March 22,2022 was no different. Several of the employees, in different ways, at different times today provided exceptional service. A BIG thank you to Julianna, Megan, and Christine. But, honestly I have been assisted by so many TJ, Blake and others. The entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and most of all helpful.

I went to store 1201 looking for a hair product! There were totally sold out . I asked a salesperson about the product and she checked the shelves for me and said that that item was out of stock. Then she proceeded to look through three boxes that has not been shelved yet to check. The item was not in there . Michaela Krummel(sales person) said that she could call or text me when product arrived! She did exactly that exemplary customer service!!!
