my experience with statement today is so bad. to began with their products are bad non functional. i bought babyless i have to return it two times then i have to return to the company. it took me two months to get money back. my second experience buying pencil lip liner, 4 were unfilled pencils i have to return it they are charging late fee of 30 dollars and interest to 30 dollars is $2. where as the bank does not pay me that kind of interest rate i was only two days late even though i talked to the call rep to weave the penalty she said ok, but next month the penalty $64 with interest and they added another $39 fee charge all together i paid $103 . these is the way the ripping customer. i would not shop anymore in ulta . i also cancelled my credit card, i do not want to do business with them my hard earned money went into penalty. they are reasonable there customer service is rude i recommend people not to shop there.

WORST company to deal with.. purchased multiple orders during 21 days of beauty online. Somehow, one of them shipped to an old address (3/23/19). The post office caught it and returned it to sender as undeliverable. I have called Ulta multiple times only to be told “too bad” basically and how it’s my fault for not verifying my address. Said they couldn’t refund my money until the package was returned to them. Package tracking stopped on April 8th. Customer service reps are not empathetic at all. I have been a customer for years and will never step foot in another store of theirs or purchase anything online from them again.

I currently work for Ulta where “all things aren’t beautiful “ Specifically speaking to the used or damaged products that are sold at my location. To avoid a loss and to make the “shrink goal” items are resold . I actually purchased hair and skin supplements and the bottle had been opened. I will continue to work there but would never by anything that could have been opened or returned

Worst customer service ever. I am a diamond member and an Ulta credit card holder. I as recently sent a new Ulta card because if a tier upgrade. I activated the card and went to make a purchase for an item during their beauty sale event. It was an online only item. I got to use my card which had already activated days before and it says this card is unauthorized to be used. I call Ulta guest service and they say to wait and try again later it probably saved your old credit card information. I also called Commentity who is in charge of the Ulta credit card. They say all the info is correct and it is the Ulta site problem. We then try making the purchase as a member and as a guest both times the card hows as unauthorized. The item I have been wanting is now out of stock. I have been contacting Ulta since Monday I keep being told we are sorry for the inconvenience we dont offer rain checks. I tell them that isnt my question. ejy cant I use the ulta credit card on the ulta site. I tried it at Amazon and th card went through. They stop responding. I was told upper management woul reply to me and it has been 3 days and nothing. No appeasements and no answers. They keep saying it isn't their fault. Well if he credit card company says the card is good and it works at everywhere else except your site then who's fault is it.

I ordered online 2/22/2019 and did not receive my order. It was sent to a previous address and they will not provide a refund. I emailed no response, called spoke to a rep who said she can't help me because the status is delivered. I told her I didnt get the package and the rep said she would escalate the issue and I would hear from someone within 48 hours. It's been a month with no resolution and I'm out $70. I will never order or purchase from their stores again.

We live in Shreveport La and the customer service department is horrible. My daughter is a licensed cosmetologist shes licensed in hair make up and fingernails. She wanted to apply at ulta but the we notice that there were no blacks working there. So my daughter asked the young lady for and application and explained to her that she's a licensed cosmetologist, but the young lady told her that they only let the black employees work in the back and where was the back we had no idea. So i asked her were they licensed being that they put make up on the customer faces and she said that no they don't have to be. According to the Board of Cosmetology state law says that any person that apply makeup in a department store on someone face has to have a cosmetology license. But they are very very racist here in Shreveport and i see why Rihanna make up isn't in their stores. They are horrible and the customer service is worst. Management sticks by the employees and they don't want blacks working there licensed or not. I would advise all black people not to go up there because they are racist.

Should have read the warnings! Too many bad reviews. Made a purchase based on gift with purchase. Didn't receive the gift. Called and was told too bad, should have called when I didn't see the gift in the cart or a way to add it. Seems like a bait and switch to me. Won't be buying from them again.

Ulta’scustomer service SUCKS! Has from the first time I went in and has never improved. They have no interest in keeping their patrons or honoring Their products.
