Terrible customer service, I made a purchase of over $300 and when it was scheduled to be delivered I did not receive anything I called multiple times and they have basically told me they can’t do anything and that’s it’s a corporate matter, they also said they took pictures of the package on my doorstep, but did they bother to knock to give the package to me directly? I now think the package has been stolen as I wasn’t notified when it arrived and Ulta does not wanna do anything about it, they’re terrible terrible terrible.

I get so frustrated with Ulta. The benefit bar in Green Bay is great but the women that work there are NEVER THERE or booked. It’s ridiculous. You can never get an appointment. Called to get an appointment today and the benefit girl was so rude! She had to go home by 630 and couldn’t wait until 640 so I had to go somewhere else and they screwed up my brows. It’s so frustrating When people are in the service industry and have such a crappy work ethic.

I went to ulta beauty Ventura Place in Albuquerque to attend the ulta beauty fest extravaganza, it was a blow. It was not what the website/social networking hyped it up to be. The discount coupon was lousy. I did not see any “exclusive offers, giveaways or brand experiences” as advertised in the email and online. They told people after they had checked out that there was a “golden ticket,” that’s something to mention as people walk in the door not as they’re about to leave. The staff was friendly and asked multiple times if we needed help, other then that it was a waste of time. Seeing the other comments on ulta Facebook/Instagram and the disappointment and negative experience other people had, I wouldn’t attend again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SVC., MISINFORMATION (INCLUDING SUPERVISORS). GOOD LUCK HAVING RETURNS AND CREDIT CARD PROCESSED. THEY CAN'T EVEN LOCATE A CUSTOMER IN THEIR SYSTEM. MY RETURN WAS NEVER HANDLED, IT JUST SAT. THEY OWED ME JUST UNDER $100 AND BOY DID I GET THE ROYAL RUNAROUND. TWO DAYS OF PHONECALLS. MY ORDER WAS "MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER ORDER". A REVIEW WAS NECESSARY AND IT COULD TAKE MONTHS TO CORRECT. STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO RESOLVE BY TAKING GIFT CARDS. **GEE, THAT MEANS THEY BENEFIT BY MORE SALES. THE LARGEST SUPPLIER IN THE USA, $269,000,000 IN REVENUE, AND THEY ARE RELUCTANT TO DO REFUNDS.

I ordered a few things from Ulta I am so upset that I didn't go through Lancome at Belk. For s first time customer they sent me no free samples,as much as I spent. I wish I had gone through Belk. They send a ton of free gifts when you get that much!! Ulta gets a big fat zero!!!!

Just came from Ulta in Kildeer Benefit Brow Bar and was extremely disappointed. Explained I was looking for an updated brow shape when I spoke with to the manager Ann when I called to make an appointment. Went In for my appointment today with Michelle, but she suggested using several Benefit Brow products, instead of my It product, filled my brows in the same way I do and told me that was all that could be done. Spoke with the store manager, then was pushed off to another associate who just stood there with Michelle, then they found Ann who was clueless. Waste of time with unprofessional people. I’ll watch how to tutorials on YouTube.

I hate the rude male and female u knw whts at Ulta! I guess if your not pretty enuf they have no need to help you. Then there are times three of them will be hanging around you chit chatting but its obvious what thy are doing. I may not wear a lot of makeup but I do go there once in a blue moon for what I do use...and I kid you not I feel like a leopard. Talk about MEAN NICE B They smile in your face then talk about you as if "why is she here" Im done with Victorville store. Btw I was sensored on what I really wntd to say. Probably this site is pro ulta

I booked an appointment for a formal updo for a very important Black Tie event I was attending. I brought pictures of the desired look and asked the stylist if she could recreate the style. The updo was a classy voluminous soft cascade of curls with side swept bangs. The stylist didn't use a curling iron or hot rollers, instead used 100 Bobbie pins to pin twisted hair knots flat to my head. I asked what her intentions were for my bangs, she was clueless on how to side sweep them, left them hanging straight in my eyes. WORST SERVICE EVER!! I left removed the 100 bobbie pins and styled my own hair. Wasted my time and money.
