Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

So first off, the salon staff at the Eastchase Center in Montgomery, AL was amazing! I was back in my home town visiting and needed to have my brows waxed. They were busy but stated if I could come back in the hour timeframe, they could service me, which they did and the tech did an amazing job on my brow and lip service. She was also super friendly and personable during a busy holiday season. Thanks again!

Thank you Scottsdale Arizona store 33 Clinque representative Sami and Nars representative Dani , were so helpful !! Both really took their time and put me in the right direction. The makeup is beautiful and I can’t wait to use starting tomorrow ☺️ A very happy customer 👍

Melissa and Jane at your Willowbrook, IL location were so amazing, beautiful, kind and beyond helpful. They helped me find everything I was looking for and more. They both seem to love their job and the company they represent. Thank you, Leslie Malay

Shelaine in customer service resolved my problem fast & in a professional manner. Customer service outstanding deserves a raise.

They make it difficult to do business with - can not print a receipt and wont take a return even if your an Ulta member - I am done

I went to ulta in Coral Springs Florida. Carlos did my color, cut and blow dry. He was very knowledgeable about the condition of my hair and will take care of improving the health , texture and shape going forward. I gave him a 5 star !

Nicole Rocco has been cutting my hair for years. I have thick curly hair and so many stylists before her couldn’t manage it. She does it perfect every time and treats me so well. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was super nervous to go to a new hairdresser but Fabi right away put me at ease with her knowledge of hair and color. I’m weird about how I like my hair and she nailed it, she took time to go through my hair and suggested products for me. She is amazing and my new go to girl.
