I always go to the Ulta at Claire Lane on San Jose blvd because the people there are so KIND and helpful. I believe the manager's name is Danny and he just has the best attitude and energy! He's always engaged with his staff AND his customers, and you just feel good being there. His staff follows that same philosophy of extremely good customer care. I think I'm a Diamond member because they are so easy to work with...I JUST LOVE THAT STORE!!!

I had a wonderful experience at the Ulta Beauty located at 10359 W Grand Pkwy, Richmond, TX 77407! My sister and I don’t wear much makeup, so we don’t know a lot about beauty products. Liz was very professional and kindly helped us find someone who could assist us. Sehar was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and took the time to understand our needs. She recommended products that were best suited for our ages, explained why they were a good choice, and even let us try them. She also gave us helpful tips on how to use each product to our advantage. My sister and I were very happy with the service and left feeling confident and excited about our purchases. We bought a contour stick, lip & cheek color, eyelashes, and more. Thank you, Liz and Sehar, for making our experience so enjoyable and special! ❤️
