I ordered online at Ulta beauty, and will never be doing so again. They took over two weeks to deliver my products, two weeks! Their "customer service" representatives are rude and frankly no help. I emailed three separate complaints and I was essentially told I was impatient and that they don't guarantee items being delivered by certain days. Even though on their website they had advertised free delivery by the 24th if ordered by the 19th. Which is just five days, not five business days because the 19th was a Thursday. They use OnTrac for their shipping which delayed my items several times and her no help. I will now have to drive an hour out of my way to pick up my own items. When I asked for a reimbursement from Ulta I was told it was my choice to pick up my items. Even though their carrier kept post poning my shipment and not delivering it to me in a timely manner. Rude and unprofessional on all accounts.

Ulta!!! do better! The online shopping experience offered to customers is horrible!! Poor low functioning website, coupled with UN-knowledgeable 1-800 customer service staff, and "chat agents" who are unable to answer questions about the website and all of it's glitches- makes for a frustrating customer experience! Horrible horrible online shopping experience. You know its bad when a company's website doesn't event accept purchase orders. Spent over 4 hours today trying to place an online order, coupled with calling customer service AND messaging with various agents- and as of this post- the problem is still unresolved.

Their advertisements are false on their website. I ordered on Black Friday to receive a free makeup kit with a $65+ purchase, which I never received. Customer service was anything but helpful. Thought I’d give them a second chance. The items I bought my coworkers for Christmas are arriving later than advertised, and it shows I’m not receiving their advertised gift, for the second time. I called customer service and she was very rude and hung up on me. Will not be shopping here again. They have a terrible business model. Amazon and Sephora would never treat their customers this way. Ulta won’t be here in 5 years due to this...

I was trying to purchase the Shape Tape which was on sale for $10.00. Well, their website was glitching so bad I couldn't even check out. I entered my payment and the site crashed. I immediately emailed to see if my order processed and no response. I got home from work, no email still, the shape tape was $27.00. SAME DAY. I requested a price adjustment after I finally got a new order to go through. Well they don't do price adjustments (not even same day.) They proceed to tell me, you don't even have an order so I provide them with my order number and basically just a flat no. I will never purchase from here again. Walmart has better customer service.

Ulta carries Too Faced make up products, a company with an F rating by the BBB. I think it's awful that Ulta would carry a brand like that, which does not care about its customers.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed 2 large orders..at almost 1000 dollars over 3 weeks ago. I received one small package with 3 things in it when in fact that order should have had over 10 items and after calling cs multiple times and over 45 min waits no one could tell when my other items would arrive and only informed me they werent in my order, which I obviously know. Could not tell me a date I would receive them. Then tell me that another package was delivered and I never received it and offered no help as to how to get that package I did not receive! I am beyond furious with ultas cs. Offer absolutely no resolution or assistance with figuring out where my other stuff is.

I was checking out of Ulta and the guy at the register asked for my phone number or email for rewards or something. I asked if I had to because I did not want to get constant alerts from them because I never wear makeup. Rudely he huffed and rolled his eyes and said yes you have to. I spent a good amount of money there for makeup for my wedding. If this was not for my wedding I would have walked out. I will not be going back.

They issued a gift card for my order instead of a refund. They didn't ask me how I wanted it back. They didnt ship out til 1.5 weeks later after I had to message them. I lost all my freebies. Disappointment. Customer service obviously doesnt care about the customer
