PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY if you do not live near an Ulta don't shop online with them. I ordered a cologne set for my dad I thought was cruelty free at 2am on Dec 8. Called at 7am (same day now) and cancelled once a friend corrected me. Yes, like five hours after placing the order. I was told the order would be cancelled. Next (Dec 9) day they ship it anyway. After going back and forth with support they sent me a return label. Item was returned the 22. I never even opened the box. Now I'm being told it could take 30-60 days to get over $70 back. I contacted support here they are useless ( 'i see sorry sent you a free report label' like that means something after sort told me my order was cancelled). I called and a smartass manager told me I should have made the return in store. I DON'T LIVE NEAR AN ULTA. I regret seeing their stupid ad. I regret it all. I work in the education field and as a state employee the check I received the 20th, I don't see another check till the 31st of January. Thanks for the great customer support and ripping people off Ulta!

Ulta Beauty in Phillipsburg is terrible. The staff couldn’t be less helpful, more rude, or pushy. I have stopped in several times hoping the staff would be better. No luck there. I have stopped buying gift certificates for my daughters because of how rude the staff is. I would rather drive an hour to Sephora! There isn’t anything they sell that is that important to be treated that poorly! Stay away!!!!

I couldn’t pay because my chip was broken. That it stupid that I could not pay with my mag strip. I had an appointment that I couldn’t pay for. This is bull crap and unneeded.

I have spent a lot of money in store and online. Their customer service is terrible in both ends. I placed a large order online with the intentions of receiving the free gift valued at $75. I placed my order and never received my free gift. Customer service stated it was my fault I should’ve requested the free gift during the transaction and I explained to them there was no where on the checkout to request my gift. They would not honor the gift and ignored my statement proving there was no where to check off for the free gift.i will not be shopping with them anymore and will make the trip to sephora from now on. I am so angry with this after spending the required amount to receive the free gift. Terrible! I wish I could not give this company any star.

What a rip off. The only reason it’s one star is because I can’t put a zero star review. Me and my daughter went to Marietta, GA Location fora hair coloring and a touch up $200 just for a touch up. when we came home I had too many grey hairs showing and they ruin my daughter colored ends. I explained them very well over the phone how we wanted just touch up if you are not sure please don’t touch our hair. The master hair stylist agreed that she knows and that is her job everyday. I’m very upset they charged 45$ just to trim dead ends. We ended up paying 246$ that is insane and poor service, I am calling them to get a refund for my daughters hair and I will not recommend to anyone else going for their hair. I have heard that their salon is rip off but I thought it’s just one person’s opinion.

Don’t Let them tell you they cannot refund you because I had to call three times to let them know that I did not want to order or purchase and It was sending to the wrong address and I told him oh let me speak to your manager she came back and said oh I’m going to refund you the money and it’s going to take 3 to 7 business day and we left it at that I got my confirmation email and now I’m waiting for the 3 to 7 days to pass and see if I have to call again

Ordered 12/9 for Christmas and included free 23 piece gift with purchase for oders over $75. Received email 12/11 saying it shipped. Package never arrived. When you clicked on the UPS tracking number it said the item hadn't arrived at shipping facility. Called Ulta. They would escalate and I would recieve call back 24 -48 hours. Never did. Called again. We can reorder your items but they won't get there for Christmas and you won't get the free gift (valued over $100). We can give you a $15 gift certificate instead. Um, no!!! That hardly even begins to make up for your errors. Had my purchase refunded to me. NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN!!

Tried to use gift card online and it charged my card any way. I ordered a compact powder and four other things. It arrived smashed and everything was covered in the powder. Had to return it and some how ended up paying $10 more.. I dont like ulta it’s way too overpriced.
