I visited Ulta at the Floowood, MS. There was a greeter standing there once I began to checkout. I did not notice her at first, until I looked around to see her rudely looking at me with a smirk. I did not know her. She made me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier was not very helpful; with my card being too thin for the card reader. It was like oh well it will not work.

Seriously do the owners of this company know how many incompetent employees they have? Noone knows who the district managers are for their stores. People dont show up for work and leave customers hanging. Way too many problems to write. Never never again

Ulta used to be my favorite. No longer true. The whole point of ordering online is for the ease and convenience. I ordered online for store pickup and did another order to be shipped. I had a 20% coupon for both orders. But after placing the order for pickup, it said that one item was not available and they cancelled my order. So I called customer service to complain because I could have added it to my order being shipped. The person was somewhat helpful and told me to place another order for pickup and gave me another 20% coupon to use. I did what he said but of course it still wasn't available. I replied to his email and never got a response back. Meanwhile, I received an email saying that my order had shipped and then a week later an email that it was being returned and my refund is being processed. What??? I called and they said that they were all out of stock. Well then why send an email that it had shipped?!?!? Obviously you can't ship something that's out of stock! I wanted to order everything again and still receive the 20% discount and they told me no. That there were no 20% discounts currently available. Seriously? They have it all the time. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. Eventually they gave me a reference # and was told once my new order has shipped, that I should call and they'll give me a 20% refund on my order. We'll see what happens... I might upgrade them to two stars.

I’m very upset with Ulta beauty in St. Louis park mn there bad service because I was order two item online to pick up so I arrive there to pick up my order and they told us that it’s been someone have pick up take my order away it’s gone so it’s been paid, I told them that they need to make sure match id person who order to match and seem like they never check and allow someone take my order away so I’m very upset they refused refund money so I have to buy item so I paid double that I lost... I refused come back this store ever again... I hope they learn lesson mistake to check Id for every order to match person ...

If I could give them 0 stars I would If I could give them 0 stars I would! I placed a order with Ulta Beauty using Afterpay and Afterpay took the money out of my account before I could complete my order. I tried to complete my order and they tried to charge me AGAIN so now my order was never completed and both Afterpay AND Ulta refuse to refund the money that was taken out of my account and neither company will take any responsibility. So now I am out hundreds of dollars and will not be getting my order.

I wish I had actually checked reviews before I had ordered anything from Ulta but my daughter had recommended it to me so I thought it would be fine. After placing my order I received my shipping confirmation and realized it was going to be 2 weeks until I would receive it, which I wasn’t really pleased about beings I only live less than a mile from an Ulta store but I let it go. On the final day it was to be delivered I tracked the package only to see it had been out for delivery 3 days earlier and now just says “EXCEPTION” instead of any tracking info. I called customer service and they said they didn’t know what had happened but they would resend my order with expedited shipping and I would get it in 2-3 days. I received my confirmation email and noticed it is being sent standard shipping again and that it would take another 2 weeks to receive what I had paid for 2 weeks earlier. I called back and spoke to an incredibly rude person who said the order was already placed so I’ll just have to wait “sorry”. So I call back again and ask to speak to a supervisor who basically told me if I didn’t like it they could submit a request to refund my money, which they couldn’t guarantee I would get, or I could just wait Afterall, It wasn’t their fault I hadn’t received my order, it was on whoever was in charge of delivery? Are they not responsible for who they hire to deliver their packages?? All I know is they have my money and I don’t have what I paid for. When I spend over $50 for shampoo and conditioner I would expect better treatment from a company like this. I would have given zero stars if I could have. I will not recommend Ulta to anyone nor will I ever shop there again.

Why am I not surprised to come here and find a gazillion other people giving this awful website a rotten review?? I'm not even going into detail other than to say it took me 35 minutes to order and pay for ONE bottle of product. I persisted only because I'd asked my husband to stop on his way home and didn't want to complicate things for him. The site insisted I was two states away from where I actually was, made me enter my credit card information MULTIPLE times, and had the audacity at the end to ask if I wanted to join their stupid club despite HAVING USED MY NUMBER TO LOG IN WITH!!!! Worst experience on a website EVER! Quit being cheap when you buy your computer services, Ulta!! You're losing customers because you're outsourcing your website support to the cheapest bidder and it's TRASH!!!!!!
