If I could give this location 0 stars I would! The manager is very rude and has terrible customer service, the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. She has a serious attitude problem. I was being followed around, as if I was going to take something, at this point she was not being discreet, everytime I looked up she was near by watching me, making me feel very uncomfortable. I will discourage anyone I can from shopping at this location (Covington, WA 98042). HIRE A NEW MANAGER! This store manager and employees need to give customers space and leave us alone. they follow us everywhere we go. By far the worst managment service I have ever dealt with. This place and their customer service is worthless.CURRENT MANAGER will make your company loose out on valuable regular customers. Please FIRE her or you will lose out on more regulars. I am not the first to complain about her. Please hire a new manage. Worst shopping experience of my life!!!!!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO ULTA (specifically this location) take your money else where.

Very poor customer service. Sara, store manager in Lakeland would not issue credit when I was overcharged. I had to drive an hour when she admitted it was their error, but refused to handle it over the phone. She was also very disrespectful. Last time in that store.

I had a bad customer experience a while ago about being ignored by the associates, never was greeted or asked if I needed help while the were chatting and doing nothing. I never went back there again. Well, today I gave it another chance but I have to say that this is it. Rose and Anna(yes, I asked their names) saw me walking around looking for something I couldn’t find, not only they didn’t ask if I needed help but each of them offer their help to two different customers that were just a couple feet from me. This Ulta in Williamsburg, Virginia, needs to train this associates better. I left very disappointed and felt totally neglected.

I am with Ulta for the last 8 years and I'm using Ultimate master Credit cards for last 2 years. In first, they provided the points as they mentioned in their ad. I started using this card outside Ulta for my purchase. Now they stop giving points. No points were added from November and when I called or email their customer center, their responses make no sense. One man said My card got canceled in August 2019. next, I called they said your card is active but we don't see any Transactions. I sent a copy of my trans to their guest Services by email. when I contacted the Commenity bank, they informed, they don't have anything to do with the point only Ulta will take care of it. Now for 2 weeks I am calling and emailing. the customer center people keep transferring the call and if answered, they are very rude.

Spent $400 and never received my items and corporate refused to resolve the situation so ive wasted my money.... they said it was delivered to the door. never shop at ulta because if something goes wrong they dont resolve it on the customers end they will just steal your money.

i was never given a birthday reward. i went on my birthday. sephora gave me theirs a day before my birthday. i have friends who were past coworkers and said that they are treated awful. bad bad place.

I wish I could type ZERO stars. Had my hair colored in the store and hair dye was splatter on my purse. I have been trying for 2 months to get some type of reimbursement. Customer service pleasant but cannot do anything. They keep telling me it has been escalated to corporate and they would reply in 48 hours well it is almost 2 month and NOTHING. I am not looking for millions just something that is close to the value of my COACH purse.. I guess corporate is very busy. I spent an hour shopping on Ulta's website and found several products to purchase, at check out I noticed shipping was $6. My total was $49.48 - free shipping at $50. I reached out to customer service to see if they had any promotions or would be willing to waive the shipping fee given one of the products I was purchasing was only available online - not available in store - so it HAD to be shipped. Otherwise I would have done In Store Pick up. The customer service agent was rude and said to get free shipping I'd need to spend $50 and to enjoy that great offer... I understand its free after $50 and I'm at $49.48...as a first time customer very surprised Ulta would rather lose a customer than lose $6 shipping. Such a small gesture on their part would have made a huge impact to me, resulting in a great experience and a lifelong return customer. As a result of this rude interaction, I see how much Ulta values their customers and I will never shop at Ulta again and have been sharing my experience with all of my beauty product friends who are also not going to shop there anymore. There are plenty of other options for beauty products Ulta - try standing out by taking care of customers.
