Worst customer service. Basically they didn’t ship my item in time and possibly lost it. The person on the phone lied and said they have 10 business days to ship when the website clearly shows otherwise for estimated shipping time at checkout. This was a gift for my niece and now she won’t get it. Hung up on me when I asked them to get a supervisor to help.

Reading PA store has the rudest staff. I stood in line at the counter with a staff member (Dianna) who never looked up or said that she needed a minute until i asked her after 4 min if she could help me but was rude and and continued to try to find a product. She should have called for help or asked if I could wait Next thing she said was “what’s your number”. No I’m sorry for your wait. Sorry Ulta but I’m a Sephora client for life

Not sure how you give no stars. The location in Sarasota FL is the worst. The help is clueless about their hair products and they are rude! The online ordering has NO quality control I received my package and the envelope was half sealed the product easily could have fallen out. If I can fine what I want elsewhere they will NEVER get my business Again.

I went into Ulta Beauty because I have their credit card and wanted to splurge and spoil my mom and myself on our hair. We asked for blonde which our regular hair stylist can do just fine but she was out for a while and I just wanted it done. I came out with copper colored hair. She claimed the reason she didn’t want to do it blonde was because she wanted to go “low and slow” on the blonde process. My hair dresser has been making my hair blonde for years. It wasn’t fried because my stylist takes good care of my hair and makes sure that we change it up when it’s “too blonde”. I wish I would’ve waited for my stylist to return in two months rather than paying 200+ for copper hair for my mom and myself. So that’s over 400 bucks for nothing! So I’m guessing their “low and slow” process is deeper and deeper in your pockets and by the end of the day your hair still isn’t what you requested. I have sense been to my hair dresser and she asked who ruined your hair? It looked to her like I did it myself. Therefore not professionally done. She begged me never to go there again and I told her I wouldn’t be! I should’ve never paid for it! I should’ve asked for a refund, I should paid only for the cut. But you live and you learn. DON’T GO TO ULTA BEAUTY IN BRADLEY IL! I uploaded a picture to my profile of what my hair looked like after she did it. It’s no where near what it looked like before that or what I asked for. Now my hair is beautiful blonde, very light, exactly what I asked for, thanks to my hair stylist!

Have had bad experiences, but going on yelp and seeing the employees attacking customers was over the top. An employee Took a snap shot of a woman’s review posted it and then took it upon herself to shame the woman and make her the problem. She works for ulta she does not speak for them. I’d hate to leave a review and her demean my thoughts and feelings

Stay away from Ulta salon!!!! Ulta to stick to selling makeup only!!!! I requested a hair appointment online which gives you the option for what level of expertise hair stylist you would like. I picked expert level. The highest level you can get thinking I will get great hair service. The online price was $120 for a perm . I also expected I would need to buy a product from my hair once it was permed.. I was expecting to spend around $200 . When I got to the salon I was informed that it would be $160 for the permanent alone (bait and switch) And I would also need a haircut. I did not want a haircut because I'm trying to let my hair grow. The expert informed me that in order to get the permanent to stick I would need a haircut so I agreed to a trim. After about two hours of getting my hair put in curls and having chemicals applied to it. I had my hair washed out and when it was wet it looks good I was happy. I was upset with the total price being around $300 when it was all over with. But what can you do at that point? Regardless I left the store happy with my wet curly hair. About an hour later I noticed my hair had dried straight! Immediately I went back to the store to inform the expert that the permanent did not take . my hair is now dry, brittle and frizzy!!!!!! Not to mention shorter because of the haircut that I DID NOT WANT!!! I was informed that it was because of my hair the perm did not take. I would accept that answer except for the fact that when we started the whole process she said she would be able to do it and even charged me MORE $$$$ . When I asked for a refund I was told I would be get a refund for the permanent . I still needed to pay for the haircut. My hair was ruined by the Ulta and now I'm to to pay for it ? It's been 3 days now and I'm still waiting on my refund. my biggest regret about going to Ulta to get my hair done is that my hair is damaged and there is no way to fix it except for to let it grow out. Which is sad because before I went to Ulta I had LONG, BEAUTIFUL, SOFT AND, STRAIGHT hair. Buyer beware!!!!

Stoped by on a Tuesday evening around 7pm, approached the guy at the register and asked for a $100 gift card, once I paid he hand me the gift card just like that, no envelope, no bag NOTHING!!!!! I asked if I can have a cardholder or envelope to put the card in, and he said "you can take one from there", I took one and tried to put the card in and it ripped, cheap quality.. after he gave me the receipt I also had to ask for a bag. A gentleman was there i assumed he was the manager, he looked at was going and didnt say a word . Its very disappointing when you are actually excited about having this store so close to my home and to receive the worst customer service. I guess I'll continue to take the drive to sephora at bay terrace, service there is amazing so I'll let them keep the $$$$ I usually spend on beauty products.
