Wow. No. Ulta has possibly one of the worst customer service representatives over the phone. They lost a package and they can’t even tell you what to do. They told me to call UPS when the package was actually delivered by USPS...She sounded like she hated her job and was not interested in helping to at least let me know how to proceed etc. I can’t believe she got paid to do absolutely nothing but to waste people’s time. Never again. Just go to sephora or any other store.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. OR ORDER ONLINE. I would give negative stars if given the option. I recently placed an online order and immediately realized I needed to add an item. I called for hours just after placing the order and was on hold for over 2 hours. I was finally able to get thru via online chat, where I was told nothing could be added to the order (even though I had just placed it) and that I would need to place a 2nd order and pay shipping charges again. I asked for the order to be cancelled and the representative said she would request cancellation. I called again the next morning and was finally able to speak with an agent. She assured me the order had been cancelled. I received an email on Mar 30 with a status update about my “delayed order”, assuring me it would be shipping soon! I tried to call again and was unsuccessful so I responded to their email, explaining the order had been cancelled. No response until I received a 2nd email with shipping details and a tracking number. So, now I’ll have product I no longer need (ordered from another vendor) and will have to pay return shipping charges, etc. I’ve never left a negative review for any merchant but felt obligated to make others “aware” of Ulta’s nonexistent customer service. I tried calling again before leaving this review, and was on hold for almost 2 hours. The online chat was not available. I’ve been an Ulta customer for years and have always been pleased with their service in the retail store, however, I refuse to do business on any level with a merchant that apparently has zero business ethics and customer service. Ulta needs to take lessons from companies like Zappos, Amazon & Walmart if they want to offer online ordering.

Ordered online due to store closings. Items I wanted on sale sold out. They will not honor it for another time. Also product said free gift with purchase only problem is it didnt qualify! That's right you can't take their web page at face value. You have to click on free gift and scroll down 3 paragraphs to find out you must spend $35 (my product was $33) It says free gift with purchase period!! Not free gift with purchase of$35 or more. They could have easily put that right underneath the "free gift" line. Called to send it back they will not send a shipping label . I must pay to return my items. Trued speaking with supervisor (Bianca) to explain my problem. I hate deceptive advertising!! I will be cancelling my cc and returning product when store opens.

I ordered a concealer and was robbed my package and was told i cannot recieve a refund nor a new package, this is horrible customer service and just a waste of money i will not spend again!

Ok so you have this 50% Beauty's biggest event - I wait till 3/26/20 when the Stilla Waterproof eyeliner is on sale and it's sold out or unavailable. What a scam!!!!

Due to the stores closing, Ulta promised free shipping to all online orders over $15, which was also stated on the website. No matter what items I put in the cart, the free shipping would not apply. After a few days, Ulta updated the free shipping to orders over $35. They lied about free shipping on orders over $15 and then changed it back to $35.

WORST customer service ever!!! Never get a credit card from Ulta, they suck worse than the stores. They will screw you at every turn and treat you even worse. NEVER EVER GO!!!!!

Terrible customer service!!! I encountered an issue with my online order, did not hear back for almost a week, and when I finally did the only response I received was “we wish we could help but are unable to”.
