I ordered products on the 23 of March. Its now April 26th and I have tried contacting them but the response I revived was "went ahead and escalated this situation to the proper department" 7 days ago.... I spent good money there. If I knew it was going to take the whole pandemic to get my order (or never get it) I would have went to a different store.

Extremely bad customer service, I received a confirmation email with my correct address and they somehow managed to send it to not only the wrong province, but the wrong country. Before they figured that out they said I must have let it gotten stolen off my doorstep. They have now canceled my order instead of reshipping it even though they messed the address up.

RUDE TREATMENT in Williamsburg VA store and zero followup from Customer Service - or should I say Customer No-service.

Never again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but not only is it not just due to Covid, they have ZERO customer service and have delayed processing time before shipping way before the pandemic. It’s been a top complaint. Look at all the horrible reviews! Placed my order on the 14th & have heard nothing! No response to my email to inquire either! I am Director for a customer service team who works retail & we would never not answer customers inquires which is rotune for them. Disappointing first experience.

Today is the 2nd time I have tried to place an online order with my gift card. Last month I tried and it insisted on me giving a credit card as well. I couldn't understand why. So, I put it in and immediately called Customer Service. 45 Minute wait and the person said I am setting up a dummy account and it will go through without a credit card I will try to cancel your order and you can place again. Well the order never got cancelled so of course my credit card was charged. So, I tried again today and the same thing. This time I am NOT falling for this scam or whatever it is they have going on. I am on hold now for 30 minutes waiting for a Customer Service person. If I hear AGAIN that they have no problems, this gift card will go into my drawer and I will never do business with Ulta again!

Worst customer service. Placed an order incorrectly and they were not able to refund me or modify the order. I was transferred from supervisor to supervisor and they all sounded like a broken record. I’ve shopped in store at ulta for years and never experienced this. The in store service was always great, but now I think I’m done shopping with Ulta!

Once again, I'm disappointed and will now start shopping at Sephora!!! I ordered my favorite perfume and was too get a $35 value clinique pep start eye cream and what I got was a teeny tinge I time sampled .03 fl oz. This is clearly not a $35 value and im tired of having one thing after another with this company. And the sad thing I used a $15 gift card that they provided for another screw up on failing to send a product with order, which was also a clinique pop splash extra gift with item chosen, and that free item stated it's a$50 value. So they give me a measly$15 GC in place of the $50 error and then screw up next order with the one time sample free gift with item purchase! Bait and switch I'm documenting all this, I'm not alone and ulta can deal with a class action suit! There's been several other issues, but this was my last time!

My package came today and their was conditioner all over the bottle this is unacceptable I spent 26.00 on this and this is how it was treated I will never use your online services again I have a picture it won't let me post it I'm beyond upset
