My mother in law got me a few gift cards from there and I was only able to use one online per transaction. Very disappointing. They obviously don’t care about the customer. They want us to spend that extra money.. I also purchased a lip stain from there and it was old. It didn’t work correctly on my lips. I personally don’t like shopping there for me. I rather go directly into the bare minerals store ..

I ordered a product on April 5 and just today (5/11) was asked if I wanted to re-order. Although my credit card was charged I have never received the product. I continue to get emails requesting me to complete a survey of their customer services, but when I click on the survey, I get an Oops. message that it is not working. I liked shopping in the ULTA store, but their online service is the pits.

It would be less than half a star I could. I received a notice: MAY 7 7:25 PM The post office was unable to deliver your UPS SurePost® package. It is being sent to the postal recovery site. Anchorage, AK I am currently on hold for the fifth time trying to get a refund for these products. I have spoken to people on 5/7 and 5/9. All have given me different information.1. "That's correct. You will not receive your package. Your refund will be applied once your product has made it back to our warehouse." Not acceptable, as I'm not contracted with the carrier who will not/cannot deliver my product, they are. 2. "You can call back the day after the scheduled delivery date and we will apply the refund." When calling for the refund the next morning, "Someone will call you back in two hours." All day goes by and I call again. "We are investigating this issue and someone will call you back in 24 hours." Ulta, your job is to provide customer service, not to give your customer a hard time getting a refund when you have a problem with the carrier that YOU have contracted with.

I have had nothing but bad luck with Ulta shipping. I had one order received damage they did replace that quickly and I was satisfied next thing I ordered all items were damaged and there was about six Items, they were going to send that out again and lo and behold it got damaged again by the shipping company and now they’re refusing to ship my items and said they can’t refund me for another month.

Oh my goodness, worse customer service. I called customer service as I was trying to make a purchase online and use multiple gift cards. I get this CS rep, name Tavase and explained that I need to place an order but their system will only allow you to use one Gift Card and have needed to use 3. Asked him what we needed to do to get their system updated as most other companies will let you enter more than one. He said it wasn't as issue, they just don't allow it. I said then it is an issue and he hung up on me. Guess I will give the gift cards out as presents and take my business elsewhere. NO excuse at all for a CS rep to hang up on a customer. He can't use COVID-19 as an excuse for rudeness

Placed my order on 4/15 of Clinique foundation and Bare Minerals lipstick. This was a gift to myself for my birthday on 4/25. My order went through and was supposed to be here on 4/23. It didn't arrive that day and then said it would be the next day 4/24. Well, that turned into 4/25, then 4/26, and so on until finally it actually came on 4/28. When my nice bubble wrapped package got to me via USPS it was empty. EMPTY. I've tried to call their 1-800 number with 30-60 minute help times and got hung up on. Sent two 'Customer service' emails to them, via their website, which says you should hear from them in 24 hours. I sent an email on Tuesday and Wednesday and have yet to hear from them. I am so upset and disappointed. This is bad business practice.

Complete fraud this place. I returned an item online and ordered it online. They say you can do this within 60 days. I did 2 days after I got the item. I sent it with the packing slip and returns sticker and it didn't come back to me so it's out there. I returned first class 1-3 day delivery. It has been over a month and they say if it has been 30 days they will refund you. They told me they can't refund me without the order in hand. I don't have the order, I can't reship it, I don't know where it is, and I didn't get my money back. They are holding my money and I have never heard of this. I didn't think Ulta was a bad company but now I see it is and I won't ever order from them again. I read other comment and on their twitter everyone's make up is coming in broke. Order from Ebay. Their stuff is new and you actually get your item safely. They should get in trouble. I ran out of ideas. I escalated my issue and all. I literally lost money and my items. Not my fault they are disorganized. Customer first I thought.

I bought two items (Mac eyeliner) on 04/04/20. I received updates showing the items were in transit & should arrive within a week. On 4/10/20 I received a notice stating that my items were delivered. They were not. My mailbox has a key which I am the only one that has access too. Thinking that maybe there was some fluke, I gave it two more days for it to show up. It never did. It is now 4/27 and I have not received the product or a refund. I tried calling and was disconnected after over 30 minutes. Still waiting.....
