ULTA SUCKS!!! I will NEVER shop there again and I will tell EVERYONE that I know not to shop there. Go to Sephora!!! I had a credit card with them and they CONSTANTLY back date late fees on my account and offer NO HELP during the Covid crisis. I didn't even owe a big balance. I owed them $44 dollars and their supervisor had the nerve to tell me I should've called BEFORE to get help with my late fees as if ULTA is the first thing on my mind during a pandemic when I lost my job! Anyway, I made my payment on April 13th and there was NO LATE FEE. I went back to check this month and saw they BACK DATED a late fee for April 11th. The woman on the phone even CONFIRMED that they put the late fees on the account on the 19th or 20th of the month and BACK DATE them. Upon scrolling through my account I can see that they've been doing this to me for a while. I used to have a good job so I didn't even notice that they were doing this and just paid every month. Their customer service is extremely unhelpful and I will NEVER shop there again. I can't wait until my payment clears so I can cancel my credit card with them. They should be ashamed. In my opinion, (coming from someone who works in customer service) it's worth it to offer some help to keep a life long customer, instead of losing one forever. Oh well.

I am so frustrated with this company. Covid or no covid - they are not working to satisfy my issue. I shopped online for about a half hour as I had 5 gift cards totaling to $180 and wanted to use them. I selected my products, put in my rewards ($8) and one of the gift cards. It would not allow me to put any other gift cards in. I called their company and after being on hold for 38 minutes I got a person who told me that I'm only allowed to use one. I said I don't even think that is legal as they are cash cards which have been paid for. The person (Marciella?) told me to hold on and then after another 10 + minutes came back and said she had to add two gift cards together, and then two more, etc., until she made one. After 61 minutes on the phone, she said she'd email me the gift card for $180 so that I could make my purchase. Well, they sent the card number BUT NOT THE REQUIRED PIN so I still can't use it. I am so frustrated with this company and will tell my friends and family NO MORE ULTA BEAUTY CARDS.... I'll shop somewhere where they answer the phone in a timely manner and respond with the proper information. I won't let this drop - I think these policies are unlegal and still have $180 due to me (plus the two gifts I was promised when making the purchase). I tried calling again (now) and have currently been on the phone waiting for 17 minutes - probably in another half hour I'll get a semi-competent person to help.

Fyi :) PSA: So if you decide to order something from Ulta and make a mistake, they won't allow you to cancel your order. Literally called 2 minutes after I realized the mistake (shipment to wrong address)..and after 3 reps lied saying my order was cancelled, I called a fourth time to tell them I never received a confirmation email for the cancellation...this is the genius response a day later:Guest Services Lisa F. I have placed 3 different orders from Ulta Beauty online since the end of April. I have only received 2 packages and the package from my first order never came. It was at first delayed for more than 2 weeks, but this specific package never made it to my front porch. I contacted customer service and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it because it is said that the package was delivered. I emailed them to let them know that I never received 1 of my 3 orders. I even placed several calls to customer service and waited for more than an hour to finally speak with someone. And despite all of this hassle the supervisor, Anastasia L. said that she was sorry but she couldn't replace or refund me. Now I am frustrated and very upset because money doesn't fall from the trees. Also I never order online, I always go in the store and make my purchases, because I am not a big fan of online shopping. Because of covid-19 all the stores are closed in NY and no curbside pickup available. I find myself ordering over the internet because I really needed some foundation and other few items Now for customer service's supervisor Anastasia L. to tell me that the package was successfully delivered while there wasn't any signature requested is outrageous, because I was at work ( essential eorker ) and I live alone. And also due to the fact that I have alerted them since the day I was supposed to receive the package, to let them know that the package never came is more frustrating. I work very hard for my coins and now most of people in NY are out of job. Therefore I find it inconceivable for Ulta Beauty to think that because we are essential workers, we can afford to throw money out of the window like that. Also for Ulta Beauty to just charge people's card for items never received is outrageous and shameful. Please help we are essential workers not stealers, we work very very hard for our money. All of you guys out there ordering from Ulta Beauty please be aware of what is going on with this company. I hope this review reaches corporate because I cannot loose the amout of money that my package was worth.. Tara G.

Hi Ultra Beuty, I received my second order from you Ulta Beuty. But one of my items came broken. The pallete called "Gold-Vault" came with broken and it damage the rest of the shade. Can you guys send me a full refund or just send a new pallete. I was really disappointed because I bought that for a gift. Please anyone wanna buy anything please be careful. They did not reply to me or just text me back. I even call them they not pick up. I also send the review.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My order was shipped to the wrong house and rather than refund my money they used fed ex as a scapegoat while stating the shipper “confirmed” the delivery. Rather than listening to their customer that the house was not mine, and having integrity, corporation is using corporation to save every penny they can. Canceled for me, and if you don’t want to be out money, cancel them too.

My wife ordered over $300 of products that wasn't delivered. Ulta refuse to refund anything. We'll never use this company again. She'll be shopping at Sephora for now on.

I am not one to leave reviews like this. My order was shipped to the wrong address. When I called customer service about it they were incredibly rude and kept speaking over me. They kept saying that it is protocol. When I asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor kept saying the same thing and when I calmly asked "is it your protocol to not help a customer for an issue that happened on your end?" The woman rudely stated that she was just following protocol. If she is the highest person in the company I could talk to, wouldn't she be able to help a paying customer out for a mistake the company made? I don't even care about the package at this point. I just can't believe that this company is refusing to treat their customers with respect.
