Ulta is horrible! I have spent thousands of dollars at Ulta and Go's strike me down if I ever go back into one again. They are supposed to be about looking your best and making you feel special that is not true at all! I have gotten multiple "offers" through email however, when you go to redeem, they always state they are a store that doesn't accept those. I have been to 3 stores and no one would accept my Birthday offer. It's my birthday and you sent me an offer but the catch is, they won't take it! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME! ULTA YOU ARE HORRIBLE!

Best to avoid Ulta at all costs. I purchased an item values at over $500 and they never sent it. The cannot provide me proof of delivery and said they hope it turns up. This company should be avoided at all costs. I contacted customer service right away after I did not receive the product and they did nothing to make it right. They have zero customer service. I contacted the carrier and they also could not provide me with proof of delivery. If you value your money then don’t do business with this shady company. You will never get your item and they will say they hope it turns up. I have multiple emails back and forth with this company and it was never solved. I don’t get my product but they get their money. There are reputable company’s to deal with. Avoid Ulta and take your business elsewhere. You will be happy you did.

If it was possible to choose less stars - I would! Absolutely terrible company. I'm an Australian living in the US, I tried placing an order and was CHARGED but the order wasn't possible using my international card. So why was it possible for the website to charge in the first place?!!? I now have to wait 3 days for my money to return to my account! And I still am not able to order on Ulta. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed an order and added stuff I didn’t really need to get the free gift. The makeup bag has some weird ink explosion on the top of it making it basically trash. Very disappointed... will never order again.

Will never order directly from Ulta again!! Decided to order something directly from their website as the product I wanted wasn't in stock at my local store. Original delivery date was 10/12 then changed to 10/15. Ok no worries. On 10/15 I check the status and it says it's been delivered. Off to the mailbox I go. No package. Find out it was sent to a city over an hour away. Told to wait 3 days to call back. Wait 3 days, call back and find out it was delivered to another wrong address. Even tho I changed the shipping address while I was placing the order. Was told that bc the shipping and billing address were different it shipped to the billing address. Seriously? Then was informed nothing could be done except to send a return envelope to the address in hopes they would return it. So now I'm out money and product.

I will most definitely never be shopping at ulta or getting my hair done there ever again after my terrible online customer service experience. i’ve spent soooo much money here and got treated terribly over a very reasonable issue i don’t know if all the people they hire have sticks up their butts or what because i emailed with 3 different customer service reps and they were all extremely rude and unhelpful. my package never got delivered and they refused to send me a new one or give me the new order for the same sale price i paid. i wouldn’t even be as mad if i didn’t have to deal with the jerks who work there. needless to say read the rest of these 1 star reviews and you’ll probably decide not to shop there anymore either.

Online ordering and shipping are the worst. I have learned my lesson the hard way.

I placed an order online today. I immediately realized I shouldn’t have since a portion was a Christmas present for my son who would be home when it was delivered so I tried to cancel the order and was just going in the store to pick up the items. I was told by Melissa that I could not cancel the order. I then asked about just switching it to my local store and pick it up there. She advised I could not do that either. when I asked for a manager, her signature on emails suddenly had her name Melissa followed by Supervisor. Funny it did not say that originally. This is the last time I shop with them. Shame on a company that does not value their customers. I hope they go out of business. Horrible customer service.
