Employee at Plymouth meeting metroplex wouldn’t let me use my rewards dollars ($17) on my order because it was my mom’s account. Never had this happen at a store before, then asked me to make an account which I was going to until it asked me to put in my entire social security number. I said I wasn’t comfortable with putting that information in, and the worker gave me a dirty look and tried to force me to continue saying she wouldn’t see the number. I still wouldn’t put it in and I got a very annoyed and rude reaction from this worker. Love this store and the products but definitely disappointed with that service.

the website is CONSTANTLY crashing. i can never just shop. it’s always got to delete everything in my cart. but hey, atleast your workers don’t profile people like sephora’s does.

I placed an order online from their Website, was promised 2 day delivery. Received email confirmation with UPS tracking number. It is now 12 days later UPS has still not received the package. Customer service at ULTA says the package was shipped. I have contacted PayPal for a refund. Update, received a refund via PayPal. Will never order from Ulta again.

Will not shop with them again. I am a member of Rakuten and they are a participating online shop. I was offered a huge cashback by ordering from them, so I ordered $ 54 worth of stuff anticipating a nice payback. I waited, and waited and waited. Nothing arrived. After 3 weeks I saw they submitted 0.00. Contacting them was pointless, they assumed no responsibility and told me to contact Rakuten. Never again. AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely unprofessional and worst experience here. Please think 5 times before going to their salon as I have wasted 4 hours their. I went to ulta in Princeton, nj and had a terrible Experience there when I went for my hair color. Instead of fixing it they made it worse and then didn’t agree to do it again to fix it.

JUST HORRIBLE. I ordered something with international payment method and money got cut off but when i clicked my order status it showed that I nothing was ordered. Then I contacted them and they told me that they don't accept international payment methods. SO WHY DID THEY EVEN CUT OFF MONEY???? I am really disappointed!!!

I ordered a La Vie est Belle duo set with the impression I was getting a holiday gift set with it. When my order arrived, no gift set. I called to have my problem rectified. I was told they were out of the holiday sets when I ordered my purchase. I explain I would not have spent 80 plus dollars if I was not going to get the holiday set. Please keep in mind I spend hundreds of dollars in this one store every year, and send multiple people there the year. I was not treated kind by the first representative, and the second one did not want to make things right. (It's a very long story) After requesting to speak with a 3rd person, finally I was offered a $15 gift card. When I explained that was not going to be good enough, he immediately offered a $25 gift card. I still was not pleased. In the end, this will be the last year I ever spend another penny at Utla. Sad day, but ain't putting up with horrible customer service after years of my life and thousands of dollars later

Poor customer service I ordered a skin care product that was 1/2 price on Fri/Sat only. They showed the locations near me that had the product in stock for pickup. I ordered the product on Sat. Received an email on Sun, sorry the product flew off of the shelf, you must have good taste. I called customer service asking if the product price could be honored, I have my order #, the rep could see that I had placed the order during the time of the sale. ULTA WOULD NOT HONOR THE SALE. Had I known, I could have I ordered the item and had it shipped to me.
