Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I usually go to the Ulta location here in Phoenix Az on 24th street &Baseline. I usually do not receive good customer service but when Jiselle Delgado is there she give the best customer service she takes her time and really help you I wish there were more Ulta employees like her at this location. She is rated 10+ with her customer service. Thank you Jiselle Delgado

Recently I went to Ulta’s Beauty Salon in St. Petersburg, FL Tyrone location. It was my very first time there and my stylist was Christian Weston. He was brilliant! He knew exactly how to handle curly hair. He sat down first and talked with me to find out what I wanted and then explained what he could do. If you have curly hair he is the stylist you want, He actually sculpted my hair style and nit just cut my hair. He took his time and explained each step of the way. I cannot thank him enough for a beautiful hairstyle and color.

Dana at Ulta In Rockaway, NJ is simply amazing. She does a beautiful job on my color and cut every time. When I first started going to Dana I had no idea who she was. After 2 1/2 years she has become a friend and my amazing hair expert. I love how she listens to what I want but, makes it a million times better than I ever expect. If you’re looking for someone amazing go see Dana! Love ya girl

I initially encountered disappointment with Ulta Beauty's handling of a promotional offer regarding the 22-piece gift set promotion ("GWP"), discovered on social media within 24 hours of placing my $155.90 order. At first, Ulta's explanation about their inability to modify orders post-checkout due to the GWP promotion not being available during my initial purchase left me questioning the expected level of service, especially as a Platinum Member. However, subsequent interactions with Ulta Beauty's Guest Services Team, notably with Marie, have positively influenced my perception. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving my concerns have left me more content with the overall resolution, indicating a commitment to customer satisfaction that I appreciate. Thank you to Marie and the entire Guest Services Team for their efforts in addressing and resolving this matter.

I am a regular weekend customer at Ulta and love shopping there in Matthews, North Carolina. It's always a warm and happy environment. All of the Ulta employees are nothing short of wonderful! Special thanks to Maya (Salon Manager), and Tarica (register)! They make me feel so special every time I visit Ulta. Excellent customer service!!!! Thank you all for making my day and others a special experience! Love you guys!

I wanted to thank Fatana at the Ulta Beauty Store in Elk Grove, CA. She has helped over these many years, when I have had questions regarding beauty product, or needed help with selecting the right color for foundation. She is both professional, knows her products, and is so courteous. She is an amazing employee! I know her General Manager, Valine, must be so proud of her outstanding skills and devotion to her customers. She is simply the best! Betty Navarrette

I just want to write a review for the Ulta location in Peabody mass. I have had a life-changing experience for the second time one with a an amazing woman who supports the skin Iceland,Lynn. and now I’ve had an amazing experience with my problematic skin from all that, and her whole team is so sweet and so patient , but her name was Olga and i believe the manager on tonight. she transformed my Skin and it was effortless and she was amazing and she just made it happen. Let’s just say that and I don’t usually give reviews but I have had the best experience when I was just coming last minute to pick up some stuff I need. Not to mention that it is a steep price I’m paying, but it almost makes it feel like I’m OK with the $300. I picked up my few essentials that I got because of the amazing amazing service and the products that I actually left ulta which I am very loyal to with all the right things and excited to layer all of the amazing products. It does make it hard that they don’t have samples as I am a huge candidate for sampling with severe detrimental allergies to most things, but I am convinced that Ulta has so much more for everybody because I was amazed with the levels they reached for me.The entire staff is just waiting on standby to help and I feel so good. And must give a shout out to the adorable cashier and her burnt orange eyeshadow, which I feel like I have to go back and get myself. Thank you so much 😊 I hope everyone gets to have an experience like this
