Today is 2Nd DEC. I have placed and order #K160803943 on 28th november, I received an email that I will be charge when order is processed. I looked up my order number, cant be found on their website. I have sent emails to cancel and dont charge my card.. I havent received a reply as of yet. 😡

I placed an order on November 15th. 177.00 order. Never recieved it. The response was to resend it. Only to find out they will not be shipping the bulk of the order ever. and NONE of the free items. I am only getting a small refund of the total order. I do not have any faith in future on line purchases with this company. BUYER BEWARE

What customer service??? They are totally useless. I ordered a large order with delivery last week, taking advantage of Black Friday prices. I received notice confirming the order and confirming it was being shipped. Then 4 days later, I got an email advising my refund was being processed!! Customer service could not tell me why the order was cancelled and worse. could not reissue the order, and won’t honor the prices at which I ordered the items! One of my items is now back at full price (double the price I ordered it). This was ulta’s error. What’s the purpose of customer service when they provide no service. I may as well order on amazon - for the same price and I know it will be delivered. What a shame Ulta.

Customer service at Ulta beauty is unprofessional and they will blatantly lie to you. I made a rather large purchase last night Monday, November 30th and not even 45minutes later a prestige 20% off coupon was released. I wanted to purchase more but did not have the funds but this coupon would have made it possible. I promptly contacted Ulta to see if they could apply it. They informed me that it was already shipping and that I couldn't. This morning I tried contacting again just to be sure since it still said my order was processing not preparing to ship. I was informed that the coupon could not be applied because of the "Black Friday" special. None of my items were discounted because they were fragrances. Those are always excluded. Then she said it was the free gifts that wouldn't allow her to apply it. I informed her that I was able to add all the items to my cart including the free gifts and I was still unable to make the purchase with the coupon applied. I sent screenshots of this and they informed me they have less power to add coupons than the consumer. A load of crap. So not only did the representative's stories not match but they were also lying to me. Good job on losing a platinum member since 2014 Ulta! The manufacturers had better deals going anyway. I will be depleting my points and never shopping with you all again.

I think people who are not truthful are worse than people who give good news but don't follow through. Every Ulta rep I've talked to says they will help me, but the never do. I was unable to add any new products to my order and I wasn't able to get the free gift with purchase after my order. When I talked to a representative (and I talked to 4), they all assured me of getting a coupon code but every person sent a bogus coupon code or none at all. I called and used there online text service. Everyone I talked to were nice, but didn't do any of the things they said they would. I like there store concept, but i think it's deceitful when there service agents ignore you or lie.

I'd give zero stars if it was allowed. I saw a cute Harry Potter themed gift set online and knew it was the perfect gift for my sister. I bought it and had it shipped to her. I almost immediately realized I accidentally shipped to her old address since she just moved and called to change the address. The first two times I called I was somehow disconnected in the middle of the calls. Now I'm being told they are unable to change the address and to contact UPS. However UPS tells me that they are unable to change a shipment address that the shipper (Ulta) needs to do it. I've gone through multiple reps and their supervisors at Ulta and not one has been willing to help with this at all. So merry Christmas to the random person who is receiving my sister's gift, I hope you like Harry Potter an make up. To Ulta- you just lost a long term customer who has been buying all her make up and beauty supplies from you for over 10 years. Learn how to provide customer service because what you're doing isn't working.

I'm absolutely disappointed with Ulta. I've spent a ton of money here in the past few years. I placed an order and was waiting for it to arrive. Every other time I ordered from Ulta, I always received shipping confirmation in my email saying that: 'your order has shipped'. In these emails there was always a number for USPS tracking. I didn't get this email, instead Ulta sent one out saying that it will take a little longer than usual to process my order because of the holidays. So I didn't think they would already ship it out. They delivered it Sunday and someone stole it. I called customer service on Tuesday and they said they could issue me a refund or re-deliver my items, but I would have to wait until at least another day or two. He told me to call back. I called back on Friday morning, and I think I spoke to the same customer service rep. This time, he says he can't issue a refund or resend my items because someone stole it. Then why would you tell me this on Tuesday? I can understand not being able to give out a refund, but not being able to reship the items? I wouldn't lie about something like this. After this incident, I'm never shopping at Ulta ever again.
