They have stolen product ideas from small businesses and completely ignored them when they were confronted about it. They are a horrible business, would not recommend shopping there

I FOUND A BUG LEG IN MY FOUNDATION!!! I threw it away. Never buying there again. Maybe next time I’ll go shop at a small business. I’m sure they will appreciate my money and will give me their ORIGINAL work.

Ulta stole from SAHI cosmetics which is a small business that tried to pair with ulta and they turned her down then sold a replica product that was the same as the one they turned away and gave her no money, credit, ANYTHING! NEVER BUYING THERE AGAIN

HORRIBLE COMPANY. FIRST, I ORDERED A LARGE ORDER AND THEIR SHIPPING SERVICE LOST MY PACKAGE. I had to personally call their tracking company service to find out where the hell my package actually was because Ulta marked it as “delivered” freakin liars. The shipping company in fact told me they lost it and it was never delivered. I stayed on the phone with ulta and their representatives at least 5 different times and they clearly don’t give a sh!t because nothing was solved. They then were going to replace my items but they ended up being sold out. They were in stock at a store nearby so I asked if I could pick up my order in store then. They SAID NO! They sent out a package a second time and half my order was MISSING! And they won’t do anything about it. THEY ARE A JOKE AND NOT RESPECTABLE AT ALL. I kept my calm with them for several phone calls and now I’m just livid. Not everyone can afford expensive ass makeup, so when it goes on sale I bought it, but NOW it’s out of stock and they won’t let me pick it up in store because the promotion isn’t going on WHEN THEY THEMSELVES LOST MY ITEMS!! I thought they would make things right but HARD PASS.

I went to Ulta for the first time with my daughter and i must say the products were terrible. Bad costumer service and a horrible company overall I 100% do not recommend anyone should go. My daughter also told me they still others product ideas? Ulta is a disgraceful company and I will never shop there again!

Ulta is the worst! Terrible customer service! They literally just spew out the same bull every time someone has a complaint. They have also copied sahi cosmetics diamond balm after telling her they didn’t want her product!! They told her they weren’t interested and went and copied the exact thing she showed them.

I would give zero stars if I could. Custom service did nothing but hang up on me while I was speaking and make me hold more than 30 minutes. I wasted two hours of my day trying to fix a problem that was clearly not my fault. I placed an online order on November 27th and they also sent me a confirmation that my order has been placed. Then, on Saturday I received an email that my order has been shipped successfully. Great news right! I only ordered 4 items all of which were a total of $85. What a great deal! But... being the horrible service ulta is, I got an email this morning. The email said that my order was refunded successfully. I NEVER asked for a refund. So, I decided to call customer service which was nothing more than a waste of time. I called once and told them my problem and got put on old for thirty minutes and they hung up. Later on, I decided to call again because I knew I never asked for a refund and I wanted my product back! So I talked to a lady and she said she can not do anything. Then what the heck is customer service for!?!?! She said the warehouse cancelled my order but I told her I never gave my consent for it to be cancelled! She then said she understands my problem but clearly didn't because all she said she could compensate for was a $10 gift card. Yes a $10 gift card. And worst of all I have to pay regular price for all the products and all I get in return is $10 off. I don't understand how this even adds up because this was clearly not my fault and they are claiming to do the best they can but are not at all. I even asked if they can just simply order it for me again but I was not going to pay regular price and she said she can not compensate. I later talked to the supervision which honestly shouldn't be because he has no respect and doesn't know how to do his own job. Customer service is where he is supposed to listen to the customer. He wouldn't let me speak, raised his voice and was completely rude and hung up on me. I called for the third time and all they said was that they will call me back in 30 minutes and its been 2 hours and I have gotten no call at all. So here it is the amazing Ulta. Never shopping here ever again. They are horrible in everything they do and don't know how to do their job or make their customers happy. And I know I'm not the only one who had this problem. I read through some others and they had the same problem. Ulta is trash they need to get their stuff together and run their business properly because this service and all of this I had to go through is completely dumb. Never ordering from here ever again!!!
