I wish I could give 0 stars. They false advertise and lure you in to order stuff before 12/14 to arrive BEFORE CHRISTMAS. I ordered on the 9th and my order is coming in on the 26th!!!!! When I complained, all they did was apologize, well how about you guys apologize to the people who aren't going to get their gifts on time? I should have ordered from Sephora instead. I was a fan of ULTA but NOT ANYMORE.

Ordered a morphe pallet and it said it’d be here in two or three days and I just got it today of almost two weeks of waiting. I received it in the mail and I opened it up to make sure it was fine and all the trays inside were broken there was eyeshadow all over the box in the bubble wrap! I’ve never received a bad package from them but this one pissed me off only because it was delayed for so long and it comes late and it is so broken, looks like it had been thrown around there was no bubble wrap inside very upset 😡

Ordered a very expensive hair dryer- (ordered two different models) one came fedex fine. second one they used another shipper - the box looked like it was run over and tampered with - i get alot of packages - i've never seen anything like this ever- top was taped but sides open and nothing in box but stuffing!! i called them an hour after i received - was told - don't worry we will credit your account - that was 5 days ago - they are giving me the run around - i sent five pics of the box. before i opened it so they could see the damage - then the insides.. I called credit card company to dispute the charges -- like others song and dance and most people couldn't speak english and pretty much hung up on me..

Ulta Gift Cards. I have been waiting for 8 days for an email saying they have processed my order. Now they say they cannot find my order number, but they took their money on the same day I ordered. Be ware!

If I could give them a lower rating than 1 star I would! Ulta has the WORST customer service ever!! I have contacted them 4 times and every time I got somebody who could barely speak English! I ordered almost $500 worth of Christmas gifts from them in the last couple of weeks and the last order I placed they sent to an address I haven't lived at for 2 years!! After contacting UPS, I was told that Ulta (the shipper) would have to contact them to correct the address and they refuse to do so!! I will NEVER spend another cent with Ulta!! I hope whoever gets my $70 order enjoys it!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Ulta stole my money. I placed an order for 3 items with 45% off during Cyber Monday and physically approved for the accurate amount. I received a confirmation, much, much later almost 2 hours. I was charged the full price of nearly $100. Called Ulta several times - they put me on hold, hung up, told me some song and dance. I was trying to use up a $40 gift card from my sister and ready to spend another few dollars to get what I need. Ulta stole my money. I'm not working my usual interpreter gigs due to Covid, because I have 2 underlying conditions. I would have never placed the order if it was going to take $50 out of my CC. I need that for food... Ulta, the company and its employees are repulsively selfish. I get sick feeling in stomach just thinking how little they give a damn about anything other than their own gain. Don't give them your money.

Awful customer service!!! I placed an order weeks ago and have yet to receive it... tracked it and it was delivered to the wrong city despite them having my correct address on file and all the information I filled out being correct. I was told that I needed to wait more time to see if it magically appeared and that I should call back in a few business days when it's already been weeks since I placed the order. I asked for a supervisor and offered to hold for one and was told that there was not one available no matter how long I waited. Awful company, I will never ever shop here again and I will be informing all of my family and friends!

Just awful, they processed a return on Merchandise Credit, that can only be used in store and not online, but WE ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC!!!!!
